Great place to work and purchase cars from. Too bad that they closed. They were a big asset to the area.

I have now bought 2 cars from House over the past 7 years. The customer service is top notch…read more Worked with Brian and he was informative and listened to what I was looking for. When I started looking for my latest new car I stopped to look over their lot and they did not have what I was looking for. About a week later a new car came onto the lot and Brian reached out to me about it. (He had my permission to reach out to me) It had everything I was looking for and was in my price range. The other plus was once I made the decision I wasn't filling out paperwork for hours. 3 months ago I went with a friend who bought a car in the cities. We spent 2.5-3 hours just working on paper work and running the numbers for a auto loan. Brian had me in an out within 30 minutes. Even after I bought the car and left the dealership I had a few more question and Brian was still more then willing to talk to me and answer my questions. Highly recommend, have recommended to family and friends.

The owner and everyone I dealt with at this dealership were rude (except the man who towed me), wouldn't call me back, very hostile. If it wasn't for the officer suggesting this place as the best recommendation at 10pm after I was in an accident, I never would have used them. Very unprofessional and ridiculously overcharged. Literally made me sick leaving this place. Thankfully my car was towed to be repaired somewhere else. I highly advise not doing business at house Chevrolet

The second we stepped out of the car and turned around, we were greeted by Jisela -- friendly, warm, and genuinely sweet. We hopped in for a test drive, and by the time we got back we already felt like we'd known her for years. Then it was time to talk numbers. Tony, the sales manager, sat down with us and worked through the details until we landed on something that actually made sense for my son's budget -- no pressure, no games. Then came Liz in finance -- and I swear on Merlin's beard, this woman teaches at Hogwarts on the side. She walked out, gave her pen a little flick, whispered "Riddikulus Interestum!" -- and boom, 1.55% lower than the rate we'd already been approved for. Pure magic. While the paperwork came together, we sat and chatted with Ethan, another one of their sales rep and and agreed to take care of a few small imperfections on the car without us even having to push. All four of them -- Jisela, Tony, Liz, and Ethan -- were an absolute pleasure. This was my son's first car purchase ever, and honestly, I don't think we could have picked a better place for it. If you're in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and stop by Marthaler. Bring your wand

While I was at work Ricky Huff sent me an email saying that both cam carriers were leaking ( which the Subaru dealership would charge $5000 to fix it!) I asked him what were the Cam Carrier's and what does it mean they're leaking? Well he told me that Cam Carriers were part of the Subaru engines There's a seal between the cam holder and the head. That seal is what's leaking. Well, I brought my Subaru in for a second opinion, at another auto repair place, and they said that it was NOT leaking at all instead my valve gasket needed to be replaced and it would cost me 1/4 of the $5000. The Subaru Dealership LIED to me! I am writing this so that if you are going to the Subaru dealership that you'll be informed as to what the Subaru Dealership stands for.

I'll start my saying I really enjoyed my salesperson Isaih Handy, he was great to work with, gave…read moreme space, respected my decisions during the car buying process, and answered all of my questions. I bought a Crosstrek from him, I've had it for two months, no issues w/ the vehicle so far, I like the car. Now I'll go into it, there is this One Guy, his name is Jeremy, avoid him at all costs. He made me wait 4 hours for all the paperwork and told me every 15 minutes that it'd just be another 15 minutes. at the end of this 4 hours he came out with an aggressive sales pitch for a car extended warranty package and would not relent despite multiple no's until in my worn down fatigued state (I hadn't eaten in hours) I said alright draw up the contract I'm most likely going to cancel since he told me I could cancel if I changed my mind and it'd go "right" back to the loan provider. I called a day later (before I picked up the car) to say take it off, Jeremy proceeded to call me 4 times to try to get me to put it back on, I said no every time. he'd even did it again when I went to pick the car up, no no no no no. I wish I had a fly swatter for this guy. "I think you're making a huge mistake." "are you sure?" "what don't you understand?" just a real awful guy, pushy, condescending, it creeped me out. and thats not even the worse part, because I humored the offer they still took out the loan with it priced in (an additional 5k) and kept saying "it'll go right back" I check a couple weeks later and lo the money didn't go back. I called them up, why isn't the money back. "oh it takes 30-60 days" to refund, OHHHHHHH see you all kept saying "right back" and I took that to mean promptly, not 2 months. and now as I write this I got a notice in the mail they never called and cancelled it, they just never activated it and are just waiting for the activation period to cancel. this messed up my loan and monthly payments, now I'm taking a hit on my credit, the interest accretion has already costed me extra money before I'll be able to refinance. obviously I fell for the scam, but I thought I caught it before it was too late, I was wrong. SO BEWARE of JEREMY he will scam you. This is a bad business, UNETHICAL. and I'm not even mentioning the fact there was a rats nest in the engine bay that the inspectors missed during their "150 point inspection." Come to find out that the detailing and inspection crew is a bunch of high schoolers that have no idea what they are doing and won't do their job unless forced. honestly, it's pathetic. Just buy a car somewhere else. To Isaih the salesman: you deserve better than this rats nest of a dealership.
