Every question I had, every moment of consideration I had, he respected and treated me like a guy trying to find the right car. Not just a sale. We had talked rough numbers and it just wasn't going to work out for me so I took a few days to think about it, he kept me updated that someone was coming to buy it and I thanked him for his time. Thankfully for me, this person never showed up and Nick reached out to me the following day, again not just to make a sale but because he understood that this was THE car for me. But let's back up because maybe this all sounds like I am overreacting to someone just seeing the first headlines. I made an appointment over 2 weeks out to get a new key & fob. I was told they had the key in stock. The day of I called to make a modification to my appointment as I didn't have extra time to have them look at the recalled part. To have the guy tell me they didn't actually have a key or fob for my appointment. 5 mins later I get a call saying, they do have my key and they can still get me in. Being told 20-30 mins should be how long it'll take. Upon arrival, they couldn't tell me how much the key or fob was going to cost. They told me it would be 45-60 minutes for a key/fob. At almost an hour of waiting I was then told it would be another 20-30mins since they were having trouble with my key, ended up being 45 mins. I will never be going to this dealership for anything ever again. They were beyond disorganized. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The one thing I like about Automotive Procare is that they take pictures and send you information on exactly what was checked, what is looking wrong. It was nice to see that issues I brought up in the past at other auto shops weren't addressed, such as air filter issues. Here, they seem to access the whole car! They also provide a shuttle to get ya home as they work on your car, which is a plus for me. Following the full car assessment, I wish I got a call regarding the quote, rather I had to call in to get the quote as I waited for quite awhile. They did ask to keep my car overnight to look at it in the morning which I said yes too. I called in late afternoon the following day as I was concerned I didn't get a call back. Which they replied it's been good and ready all day. It would've been nice to get a call since I had to push back a lot of errands. Overall, I'm happy with the service.
