Ironically, I called ahead and provided my car's year, model with the type of oil that I have been used for years which is full synthetic, on the phone they told me the amoun lesser than they charged without asking for VIN number as Zach said to know which weight of the oil. Bottom line is be careful to bring your car for service at this auto shop in Rochester, MN because they will find a way to charge you more with their "complex but not straight upfront" as simple as engine oil service.
