The labor rates and part prices are very reasonable for European cars. No upselling ("I'd wait on the brakes" - even though I probably could have been talked into them). They were also very good about giving me a ride around in town while my car was being worked on. I would return to them in the future and highly recommend them to friends. It's nice to have a competent and trustworthy alternative to the in-town stealership service department.

But let's back up because maybe this all sounds like I am overreacting to someone just seeing the first headlines. I made an appointment over 2 weeks out to get a new key & fob. I was told they had the key in stock. The day of I called to make a modification to my appointment as I didn't have extra time to have them look at the recalled part. To have the guy tell me they didn't actually have a key or fob for my appointment. 5 mins later I get a call saying, they do have my key and they can still get me in. Being told 20-30 mins should be how long it'll take. Upon arrival, they couldn't tell me how much the key or fob was going to cost. They told me it would be 45-60 minutes for a key/fob. At almost an hour of waiting I was then told it would be another 20-30mins since they were having trouble with my key, ended up being 45 mins. I will never be going to this dealership for anything ever again. They were beyond disorganized. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We called him 7pm middle of the week on our cross country drive with our Mercedes Sprinter van. We were worried we may have a gas leak. In the span of just 20 minutes over the phone he was able to guide my husband on the issue and resolve our concerns by asking really knowledgeable questions to help debug the issue.
