HORRIBLE! My husband and I decided to go to the restaurant to celebrate St Patricks Day tonight. The band was so loud I had to plug my ears. We waited on a server for a while and I had to go to the bar and ask for someone to wait on us. We ordered Cornbeef and Cabbage which happened to be out at 6:30 at night. We had the Shepherds Pie and it was cold and not very appealing. We never saw our server again so had to settle up at the bar. They did take the food off of our ticket so we paid $6.00 for a tiny glass of tea! My last trip there unless the management makes some changes. Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Great bar. Great food. Well maintained pool tables. But they allow leagues and tournaments to take every table every night of the week. The man who runs the Sunday afternoon tournament is belligerent and rude. He swears and yells obscene insults at customers. I have witnessed him trying to start multople fights. Paying customers can't enjoy the bar, because he controls the whole thing and chases families away. read more

I came in and was there all night and then I ordered a drink at about 1:45 AM and they denied me another drink, claiming it was too late and then served a man right next to me a shot of fireball. So once they said they wouldn't serve me another drink I proceeded to close my tab and The other bartender walked up and said we're gonna do last call right now. I said OK if it's last call, can I go ahead and have one more drink and close my tab and the bartender named Brittney claimed it was too late. Clearly, Brittany has no idea what last call means. And then I put a zero dollar tip because she was very disrespectful. The charge cleared my account and she gave herself a $10 tip. Which is illegal and fraud. read more

As most reviews I'm sure, I was attending training in the area. I enjoyed the atmosphere. They have darts and pool. They also have karaoke some nights. They have some large amazing burgers. Three of us got the different burgers. Not sure one was better. They were different. I could ty each depending on what I was in the mood for. We went halloween night. It was pretty slow in the dinner hours but got going pretty good around 9pm. The staff were fun and enjoyable. read more

The band strickland the propane boys was singing songs degrading women The band tonight I was not impressed with the choice of songs played tonight . it was blastomy to the lord. I have been going to Rack N Roll for several months now. I've got to say I won't be going back until things change. Let me tell you what happened. We have family visiting from out of state for my husband's birthday, there was 5 of us. We ordered cocktails and pulled pork nachos. The nachos arrived at our table cold. My husband had to bring the nachos back up himself. Then the first meal arrived for my sister-in-law, a burger. She was 1/2 way finished before the second & third meals arrived. Then we waited.... finally, the fourth meal arrived, at take point mostly everyone was finished. And I sat and sat waiting for my meal, which when it arrived it was wrong. Everyone was finished with their meals and was just starting mine. There was no apology from anyone. My sister-in-law, who's in the restaurant business back home went to speak to manager. All that had to be done was an apology, not excuses, the restaurant was not busy customers. We used to go at least once a week; I will not go back unless someone apologizes. read more

I took my hour lunch break to go here and had to ask for my food in a to-go box. There were only a few people in the restaurant and 3 waiters and 3 kitchen staff so I was confused why it was taking so long. But then I realized it was because half of the people working there were sitting at the bar talking and eating themselves or laying down in the booths on their phones. Our waiter never came over to check for refills or offer apologies for the wait. When we left and got back to work there were items missing out of our boxes. Do not go here unless you're planning on taking a 2 hour lunch break! No one came to the table until around 10 minutes later. There were 3 wait staff and 3 people in the kitchen, fully capable of handling the 4 tables of people in the whole place, yet it took our food so long we had to ask for it in to go boxes. The man waiting our table never once came back to offer refills, but instead sat and talked to his friend at the bar. The other man working laid down in a booth. My family came on a Saturday night. We arrived an hour before the live music started. $6 beers wasn't outrageous but made us think twice about getting another. We were told that pool was free so we grabbed a table and played around (none of us are very good). There was a very diverse group of people in there. Music started and they were really really good. It was loud but the great band made it worth it. As we went to leave, I returned the billiard balls and was told it in fact wasn't free. I was charged $20 for 2 hours of play. This food was a disappointment and I've ate here before. But last night I ordered a mushroom swish burger with waffle fries and two tacos (shrimp & pork). The shrimp tasted like washing soap. The pork on my taco was hard and dry.. when I took a bite I thought I bite a tree bark. The swish burger was grate but the fires I paid a up charge for was harder then pork was . Might as well been corn chips how hard it snapped when I toot a bite. I was so upset and disappointed. Then the services was bad! The server hung up on me 3 times. read more

Love this place! I don't play pool, but I come here for the great food. Lunch specials have a daily meat and 3 veggies, or a veggie plate. The tacos are to die for! Meat choice includes pulled pork, chicken, steak, and shrimp and you must have them with the jalapeño slaw. On Tuesday, tacos are only $2. Atmosphere is great. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I really like this place... Great to watch any sport games here because their are multiple tvs in every section at this bar, also very spacious, great atmosphere with friendly people and staff. I would have to say the only downside about this place is the portion of food you get here... I ordered me a philly cheese steak w/ fries and it was delicious, but It was more like a snack then it was a meal so I had to get a 10p wings to fill me up, but overall their food on the menu is great just lack portion size. Been here twice and it was an absolute horror show both times. Bathrooms are dirty, mixed drinks are not made well, and there are a lot of sketchy people. The last time I was there a guy literally tried to sell me cocaine. read more
