I don't have words to describe how bad it is here. Come here, you will regret it and I say this while I'm sitting here. Traveling from Tuscaloosa to Alabama we stopped for a beer, food, and to see the someone the Chiefs, Broncos game. Its a nationally televised game but they couldn't find the channel. Once they did at the end of the 1st quarter, they put it on, but changed the other tv's to a weightlifting competition, a golf game and a volleyball tournament. So on the best NFL Sunday, they are clueless. The waitress has apologized 3 times for them not bringing us the wings we ordered a half hr ago. I ordered thai wings with a light sauce. They have NO sauce..I got a dry rub. My good friend where I live is a Buffalo Wild Wings executive and is bumping this experience to a higher level. This is as bad as it gets. If you come here you will leave as angry as I am. The only bright spot is the southern hospitality of the young lady behind the bar with the bandana. Whoever is her boss, resign and let her work. WARNING!! CREDIT CARD FRAUD STORY INCOMING! AVOID!!! My family and I were in the area on a Sunday around lunchtime looking for a place to grab some food. The surrounding restaurants were packed, but this one wasn't. Maybe that was our first warning sign! We walked in and we're seated pretty quickly, but then we had to wait approximately 15 minutes before someone even came by and acknowledged us sitting down. Of course in that amount of time we were ready to place our order. 20 minutes later, ur food came out. It was decent. Accurate. Nothing to write home about. Because of the poor customer service, my husband ended up leaving about 15% tip on our bill which ended up being around $45. Fast-forward a few weeks, my husband is looking at the credit card bill and sees that there is a $90 charge for Buffalo wild wings in Oxford! Imagine our surprise! He calls his credit card company and begins the dispute process. Two days later, the general manager of the store calls my husband And says that the waitress miskeyed in the tip, giving herself a $45 tip not a total of $45 bill. She was apologetic, but I can only imagine how many other times this has been done to other customers. I will never visit this location again and I warn you to check your credit card bill if you do decide to stop here. read more

We were in the area and were hunting a place to get a quick bite to eat for lunch. Several of the other nearby restaurants were packed and this one wasn't, even on a busy NFL Sunday afternoon. So we decided to dip in and get some wings and give them a try. They weren't busy at all, but we still almost walked out before we were finally seen by a waitress. It had been close to 15 minutes, and we had literally just said "should we just get up and walk out" when they finally came over. The food itself was good, when it finally came out. We went in and ordered drinks and an appetizer. When the appetizer came out it was cold. The waitress changed it out and it came after our main meal. I asked if they could put on Baseball because it's opening day! The only things on the TVs was: old Football. Soccer. Rugby. Softball. Hockey. Talk sports, of course no volume. I think I heard someone refer to the manager as Kay & this is not the 1st time we have seen her be rude. Multiple times I have been to this location (Oxford, AL) and had a terrible experience- not sure why I keep giving them a chance. Getting a table is easy enough, but everything else here just seems like such a struggle for them to do. If they take the order, did they remember to ring it in? You begin to wonder as you see multiple parties who came in and were seated after you all receive their food. This last trip, two parties got their food, finished, paid and left before our table of three's food ever arrived. And then when the food does arrive? It's cold or lukewarm as if it's been sitting out on the counter this whole time. I visited BWW on 1.26.2025 while there I used the restroom, came out of the stall and there was a male employee cleaning the bathroom. Never knocked never asked if anyone was in there just walked in and started cleaning. I was very startled coming out as a woman alone in a restroom with a male employee is very unsettling. A lot of menu items are hit or miss. Ordered garlic Parm and Nashville hot chicken sauced wings. For some reason the garlic Parm ones were crispy and and the Nashville hot were not. Not really happy with the ranch, tastes like it's store bought not fresh. It's a unique idea, but they seem to have succumbed to the corporate cutting corners that most franchises do. read more

I give up on this restaurant. We went when it first opened and my husband was brought some seasoning in a sauce cup to throw on his wings. I. Could have cooked at home. This time we waited a minute to be seated and the staff was at the kitchen entrance just staring at us, it was two hours before closing time. The hostess tried to seat us at a table as she brushes food off of it into the floor. However she couldn't do the same for the ketchup smeared in the center! My husband asked for a booth. No lie she said I don't think we have one clean. I said well then it's like this table here! The food was subpar, someone just threw some cold fries on the plate with my burger. Maybe there was a handful there but cold nonetheless. My husband wedges were the star of the meal. So we're just done. In a city that doesn't have much going for it as it is, this restaurant was the only hope and yet still they dropped the ball. This buffalo wild wings is a product of lazy cooking and bad practice. I ordered boneless wings with a side of fries And I knew when they came out only two minutes later that it couldn't be fresh. And wouldn't you know it, I was right. The meat was over cooked and you can tell it had been sitting for quite a while as it wasn't very hot and they drowned it in the sauce. Fries came out cold. Came here for the first time the first day college football started. It was busy but there were several open tables and we got there well after the dinner rush. The staff took their time with everything. Drinks took a few minutes to receive and boneless wings took super long to get. The food was good but I have been to other locations sat down and ordered and had the food out in no longer than 10 minutes. We got nothing special everyone at the table got boneless wings and it took well over 30 minutes before we received them. I will be back as besides the slow service the food was good. This place is usually fairly decent but this afternoon we came in and got the most lazy waitress of all time. It was obvious she didn't want to be here. I ordered mango habanero wings and she never once came back to ask about a refill on drinks for our table at all. She made sure to refill the drinks at neighboring tables that came in after us but never once stopped by ours. I'm not sure what her problem is but it's very annoying. The grease was old so nothing tasted exceptionally great but the lack of service was detestable. People like this should be fired on the spot. There is no reason to ever be in customer service with an attitude like this. She would be more well suited to work on a morgue.
