He discovered, as many of us have, that the cream polishes do not work well, flaking off and looking bad. Consequently, Omar will not use it, preferring hard paste wax, using Kiwi or, my favorite from an Army career, Lincoln that has lanolin. There is a new young guy who is coming along and he is learning...slowly. But he does OK. Great shines for a great price. Demetria, the sales associate was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process and made the return easy and hassle free. The shoe selection was decent for the store size and foot traffic but not as many choices as some other shoes stores. Again, Footaction really stepped up in this situation and took care of me. The larger sizes are marked with bigger tags and the size, which is a nice touch so we don't have to open every box and search for shoes that fit him. We have never left the store empty handed! If we find his size shoe in other stores they normally have 1-2 pairs of shoes, if we are lucky! Shoe Dept/Shoe Show usually has 15(+) choices for my son to look at and try on.
