The store's clerk went and got the item for me. Showed the store manager the in app price. She insisted she could not give to me for that price. She called her district manager (she was no help) she didn't even address my issues. So I was informed to order in app and it would be fine. When I went to order in app it said the store had none. When I clearly had 2 pair sitting in front of me on the counter. Called another store to ask another manager (she was no help) . As the manager was speaking to the other store she said I could change the price but I don't want to. That was rude. So yes by this time I'm upset. I let her know that Hibbett Sports is full of it. This company does not care about customer's. Its there way or the highway. I took the highway Need less to say I didn't get the shoes. I called the corporate office and they're no better. Still have'nt heard from the regional manger its been d2 weeks.

But when I walked in and discussed the repair of my shoes, the guy at the desk seemed overwhelmed and was stating how much work he had to do, which is inappropriate! You shouldn't present to your customers that you have too much work. I felt like I was being a burden to him by wanting him to repair my shoes. I said to him you should be happy for the business. The inside of my boots needed some cleaning but my main issue was my heel. He said the cost to replace the heel and polish up. The boots would be $70 . I said OK but then I asked about cleaning the inside of the boots. He said that would be another $50. I said absolutely not. I could buy another pair of boots at that price. The boots only cost me $110. I was having them because I like them. When I picked up the boots a few weeks later the heels were replaced, which I was happy about. But the rest of the boot looked basically the same. No " spit polish. " the boots look the same as when I brought them to the store. They just had new heels. Anyway, I won't be returning. I tried to support a local business. But they need to really watch how they speak to customers. Suggestion: do not complain to new customers that you have too much work. Always go above and beyond. I'm gonna give you one star rating. I won't say I don't recommend your business. I don't have an option to be "neutral" so I'll choose "maybe".. Because it is my wish for the highest good for everyone always. And we all have bad days from time to time. Blessings

They have sales on their items very often and you might walk in one day and see a great sale on some things you you really like. Their best sales are usually around the holidays or during the season change since they're trying to get ready for the next season. They can be a little pricey but some of the items are worth it especially if you really need it and can't find it anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their was a gentleman that worked in the shoe department had great customer service. He checked on me a few times to make sure everything was ok and if needed any help with a shoe. They're located off 285 not too far from the exit. Their in a shopping plaza near Sprouts & Ross. Not too hard to miss, very noticeable.

When I finally got my order last night I was excited, but something told me it was all wrong. I start opening the package and the box is all messed up. The warehouse or wherever the boots came from employees decided to give me a box that doesn't match my shoes at all. I finally get to the Timbs and they are a woman's sz 8. They were so small couldn't even put my feet in them. To top it off they look like they had been worn before. I don't understand how such a large company could make this mistake. The food court had about 2 - 3 restaurants open, and it was freezing cold. It looks like they have doors open with these large airvac type accordion piping blowing cold air inside. Construction is on going near the back entrance of the building, so I am hopeful that this is a sign of better things to come. Northlake Mall is a shopping mall northeast of Atlanta in the Northlake community of northern DeKalb County, Georgia, United States. The mall was once owned and managed by Simon Property Group - but since February 2016 has been owned by Texas-based ATR Corinth Partners. Anchor store is Macy's. This mall is spacious, clean and well maintained. They have few shops like Macy's, JC Penney in this mall. This mall has other stores including few eateries. Marta bus to Chamblee transit station is available at walkable distance from this mall. They have a spacious parking area.

There's renovation happening! Hopefully, more stores will lease out.

So I went to the marketplace for something specific but I ended up walking around. It was a really…read moregood time overall because there's so much to see. If you want to do some shopping for some food or maybe just some shopping for a bite to eat, then this is your spot. You'll come into the market but you have to worry about parking because it's not free but if you're in the city you already know that. They have a validation for parking system there so you can make sure you use that, which is right by the door. There's also other places to park, which is street parking, that you could use your park mobile app as well if you'd prefer to do that or if the parking lot is full. This market has tons of items and things and anything you could think of for the most part. If you are feeling steak or Caribbean food then this is your spot to go to. If you just want some French fries or some oxtail then this is going to be a great place for it as well. There's a myriad of different stalls that you can buy food at that are ready. There's also places that you can actually buy fresh meat and seafood to cook at home. If you're trying to figure out where to go for some steaks or some oxtails or shrimp, you should check this out for sure. So overall I would say this is definitely a spot you should for sure try if you're trying to try some new dishes or if you want to buy some food to make at home. If you're trying to find something that's similar to an Asian market, for example, something off Buford Highway, this would be a good spot to check out. Picking up a couple of steaks and some shrimp is easy work for a spot like this. I actually would probably go for a holiday situation to where I was buying meat to put on the grill. If you don't want to get locked into something like Publix, this is a good spot so just keep that in mind.
