As soon as I walked in, the 2 employees stopped their conversation and greeted me. One employee took me right to the fishnet stockings and was very helpful and friendly. When I got to the checkout, she asked what look I was going for and I explained it to her. She said 'hmm I have an idea' and came back with a few items which was really helpful and gave me more ideas. Ended up getting one of the items she suggested. She was very great at upselling :)

I called UBS8 and the young lady who answered the phone was extremely polite. She put me on a brief hold to confirm that they had the product that I needed. When I arrived all of the young ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable about a lot of the products. This store is huge, well stocked, clean, and has everything from sandals to wigs. The prices were either normal or cheaper than most beauty supply stores. I noticed my edge control that I get at my normal beauty supply store was 2 dollars more than at UBS8 and my nose ring was also a dollar cheaper here. I will definitely be coming back. Ps. They always have a large clearance section with unbelievable prices. Their regular prices are great so when items go on clearance it's a steal. I just got 3 tops and 3 pairs of earrings for $44. The sales lady was really nice and personable. She gave great directions to another shop I couldn't locate and was very helpful during my shopping experience. The changing rooms are large and well lit. I hate cramped rooms with poor lighting, so you can't tell what you really look like in your garments. Check this place out, people!

They have sales and clearance deals all the time. I was needing 2 pair of chino shorts..I know it's late in the year to shop for shorts so wasn't even expecting them to have any in store. They had half a shelf of shorts all blue and odd sizes 5-6 size 29, 1 size 34 and a few higher sizes. I needed size 32 So I was gonna leave and then asked the cashier if I could order online or if she could order for me and deliver to my house. She said yes and suggested I do in store to get clearance price..$12.99 per when I bought two last year in store I think before discount and military discount they were $34 ea and I think if I recall my end price was low $20s So this was a really great price so I ordered 2 and free delivery to my house in a week..
