A DAY OUT WITH MY GRANDSON I stopped here to buy my grandson some Nike gear but could hardly find anything. They do not have much of a selection for youth boys, but they have a nice extensive selection for girls. We got a few items that were on sale such as Nike joggers with matching sweat tops and some Nike shirts. The selection of colors were extremely limited. In addition to shopping for my grand baby, I ended purchasing some new Nike workout gear for myself. They have a large selection of workout items for women. Their main attraction, however are the shoes. Their shoe department is huge and it's mainly what customers come for. The overall shopping experience was not bad. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would suggest coming to this place early when the doors first open in order to beat the mad crowd! Especially since it's income tax season, lol! read more

Five stars because I had a successful in-and-out visit to this location. I found a really cute pair of shoes in my size on the clearance rack, and a matching pair of shorts on another clearance rack on my way to the cash register! Double score!! Other reviewers made me skeptical, stating a lack of selection, no sales, busy crowd, poor customer service... that was not my experience at all! On a Thursday afternoon I had a very delightful shopping trip to the Nike Factory at the outlet mall in Cypress! I recommend and will be back!! read more

Great experience here. I usually shop at the NFS to pick up work shoes, as for shoes that will undoubtedly get beat up within 3-6 months, you can't beat some of these prices. This store was practicing some shopper distancing, and queuing a line outside until some shoppers exited. This - even outside of COVID - was great, as the NFS are usually bananas crowded, especially in the back on the clearance wall. It was nice to have some breathing room! I found 2 pairs that I liked (one work, one play), and noticed that one was a wide fit. I asked one of the staff to check for a regular width, but no luck. No matter, Marlon to the rescue! He asked me a few questions about what I liked about the shoe - price, style, fit, etc. I told him fit first, price second - as these will get beat up and but I do want comfort (I am on my feet 13-16h/day). He steered me towards another pair, that I actually had my eye on first (but I then moved to the lower priced one), citing that I'll definitely want more cushion/comfort for those long periods on my feet. I put on the new pair, and wow, definitely more comfortable than the "wide" shoe. You can't put a price on that comfort, so for $20 more, a definite win here. Then we got to talking, and he was such a genuine guy. You can tell he really cares about the customers and fulfilling their needs. This is the only Nike store that I shop at, always good deals here located in the Houston Premium outlet mall. It seems the mall has hundreds of stores to shop with this been one of the top sports locations here. I have never been here without finding something that's at a great price. The Nike Outlet is chaotic, loud and it is hard to find what you need. Why do I go there every time I visit the area? Their shoes are great. Normally I am able to find a very comfortable pair of Nikes for $20-$50 less than most retail stores. I couldn't find any today, but we did find some cool pink woman's shoes for $35. Even with the chaos and crowds, Nike Outlet is still a shop you should visit. read more

Great sales staff! And hubby found precisely what he was looking for at a significant savings over any other retail store. The big plus that made me smile is that the sales associate was so kind and helpful -- and then when it came time to purchase the shoes, no need to go to the cash register if you're paying with a credit card! She took care of everything for us as we sat there on the bench while hubby got his own shoes back on -- she had a hand-held electronic payment device where we could swipe our card, sign and then she left briefly to get our printed receipt and a bag to place the shoes in. Never shop here alone. You need someone to stand in line while you shop if you wanna get out of there in a reasonable amount of time Today's visit could have been more pleasant. We arrived around 11am on a Saturday. It was crowded but not packed. We picked up the pairs we wanted and headed to the register. This is usually where all the magic happens. We're in line and an associate asks if we're paying with credit. I nodded and she directed me to an associate at a stand in the middle of the racks. I walk over and am disappointed to find the associates credit card machine is not working. I turn back to the main line to find it had grown by a half dozen customers! Well that's just great. I finally get to the register and the associate seems a smidge clueless. I wait patiently. Her register locks up. She calls a manager and it's a good 20 minutes before I'm walking out the door. On a good note, we scored 3 pairs of Nikes for $121 and a $25 gift card for a future visit. Before discounts total was $230. See... MAGIC! Associates are always courteous when I visit. The line is always an exercise in patience. As much as I hate shopping in-store, the sale prices always makes it worthwhile. read more

Love this store. So much so, I went drove twice to it in the span of a couple of days. The discounts can be pretty sick. I got a Nike Shield Flash jacket (MSRP $350) for $139.99 because of some stacked discounts they had for a promotion. This store has normal sizes too so you won't be stuck with only XXXS and XXXL as your choices. The staff are super helpful and they can hold your stuff for you at the counters if you find that you forgot your wallet in your fiancee's purse and have to go find her at another store. Another great thing is they're pretty vigilant about checking ID with your credit card (and making sure that the credit card begin swiped matches the name that is magnetically programmed to the card to deter fraudulent purchases). Tons of gear, tons of shoes. If you make the trek out to Premium Outlets, be sure to stop by the Nike store. read more

I recently stopped off at this store on my way to Round Rock for the weekend. My goal was to find a pair of shoes for my seven year old son for the upcoming school year. Mission complete! To be fair, it was a Thursday and was not nearly as busy as it would have been on a weekend. I found the store to be adequately staffed. Our wait in line to checkout was not terrible. I found the selection to be plentiful and satisfying. We were able to find many models of shoes to choose from. My son found a pair that he dearly loves and is all set to style and profile on his first day of school. As for the mall itself, parking was difficult to find. Pack your patience coming here. Just there today at 14:10, checked out at 14:33. This was my first time buying Nike shoes. A few years ago I almost bought some at this location, but walked out of the store when the crowd of employees in the empty place didn't greet me. I ended up getting some Adidas and they were fine. But when they wore out I decided to get new runner shoes. This time, my new Adidas runner shoes fell apart after four months. I asked a few friends and runners for opinions on running shoes and the consensus was Nike. I went back to the Nike outlet store. Again, no one greeted me. Wasn't surprised, but I was disappointed. Still, I went there for new runner shoes. I grabbed the first ones I saw and noticed one employee walk by. He was talking on an ear bud asking what size a customer needed. I watched him grab the box of shoes and hand them to a customer without saying a word to them. Yet, the Nike Airs I tried on were good shoes. I wasn't sure about the fit though. Then I saw an employee marking prices down and asked her for a foot measuring device. She smiled politely and got me one. I told her these would be my first Nike shoes and she brought me about five other pairs to try on. I ended up getting one of her suggested pairs: Nike Flex Runners, because of the spring comfort. That part was a good experience. Checking out was not the same. The girl at the register motioned for me to come to her while talking to another employee. All she said to me was, "You can swipe your card now," and continued to talk to the other person. I said "Thank you" and did not get a reply. Had it not been for that one employee who was repricing shoes in the men's aisle and the great shoes, I would have rated the store lower. This is one of those stores that is always packed during any type os Holiday sales. This store is bigger than the Nike outlet in Katy Mills, they do have more selections. Clothing wise, I would pass because it's still pricey for being two season's ago merchandise. Shoes on the other hand, take a look. Sometimes it's hit or miss, but they do have some great deals. Sometimes they will have extra 20 or 30% off clearance shoes; and once in awhile they have current season shoes in the clearance racks, but only a few though, probably online returns make their way there. read more
