We got 3 last minute pedicures on a Saturday evening right before closing and the owner was so accommodating to squeeze us in. Even my husband's pedicure wasn't just a quick 20 minute, she took her time and thoroughly worked on his feet. We all needed it! One of my favorite parts about the experience here is being able to get seated in the pedicure bowls right away and picking polish straight from your chair without having to stare at a wall of colors for 15 minutes to try to pick and choose. This was so convenient and makes everything less stressful and easy. I arrived and upon first entry the place was super clean and the air was fresh not the chemical smell you sometimes have in a nail salon. Everyone was very welcoming even the customers had the content look on their faces just a relaxed atmosphere. I sat down for my pedicure and it was luxurious start to finish they even use fresh lemons and oranges for the volcano pedicure which was nice. I also received a warm neck pillow which was shocking and very delightful. The entire experience was just relaxing and felt great to be pampered. My nail tech was super sweet and she did her job very well repairing my chipped nail and getting my feet back to looking decent enough to show off. I had a little discrepancy with my full set when I left and I contacted the owner and they repaired it without a problem. This entire experience has been wonderful and I will be brining my husband back to put the seal of approval but I know this will be our nail salon from now on. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the other reviews. The nail tech, Rylie, appeared very inexperienced and also looked quite young (truthfully like 16-17 years old). The girl at the front desk was very friendly when I walked in but Rylie barely said hello. Both the manicure and pedicure there was no prior soak or lotion before she went in to cut the cuticles completely dry. She had trouble figuring out how to put the foam sandals on with the toe separators. I asked for a regular polish and in between coats she placed her fan too close to my nails, therefore messing them up about three times. There was no massage or lotion with the manicure despite being $30 and the cuticles were not even cut all the way. I have no issue paying for quality service, however not for inexperienced nail techs. When my nails were dry, I took a look, and there appeared to be a strand from the nail brush on one of my nails, and when I told her she looked very annoyed. After she fixed it, and I continued to dry my nails, she quickly put on her purse like she couldn't wait to get out of there. She also put some drying spray on top of the polish and I think it messed them up because they don't appear smooth as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, she kept on looking at her phone throughout the service every time it went off. I typically never write any review reviews however, again for the price I was very disappointed for the services I received. So sorry.

I asked around when I saw women with great color and of a few I asked over weeks, 2 mentioned Penny & Co. I was hesitant coming from Delray but said let me just try! Today I had my first cut, blow & highlights as a Floridian! Penny was amazing, a 10! Never met a stylist who truly loves what they do!
