My husband and I both got pedicures and I got a full set, ombré coffin nails. I will definitely come back again when I'm in the area. Upon entering, I was greeted by Linda and Henry who were friendly and welcoming. I told them I needed a manicure with designs and a pedicure. I was immediately brought to the back for a pedicure. I must say, everything was very clean,and organized. The pedicure basin had a fresh plastic liner put in it. The water temperature was perfect and to my liking. All the tools were sealed and came from an autoclave. I got a basic pedicure, and it was one of the best I ever had. Linda took her time, meticulously worked on each toe cutting and filing them exactly how I liked it. She then massaged my legs and feet.I never felt rushed. She spent 1 hour on my feet. Henry came over and removed my nail polish. When I was done Linda did my fill and gel manicure. She also did my designs by hand and applied the diamond stones. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received, and their prices are very fair. They're located in a strip mall and there's plenty of free parking. When I return to Ft Lauderdale, I will definitely come back here and get another Mani/Pedi. My mom also comes here and loves it. read more

Got my nails done and within 3 days three of my nails popped off, came back and got them fixed then 5 popped off 2 days later . Also got the deluxe pedicure and paid $65 and didn't even get massage. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but unfortunately I have to for this place. I went two days ago for a quick gel pedicure, during the whole process, I felt like lots of stinging and mentioned it to the girl but didn't think much of it. She finishes, i see the shape is somewhat uneven but do not want to embarass her or make a scene so i pay and leave. A few minutes after I left, I noticed my toes kept bleeding. For the following two days, they continued to bleed, they're peeling and eventually get swollen/red/purple ish. I called the same day that i got them done and very nicely mentioned I was bleeding and would like to speak to a manager, i was told the manager would call me back. I call back today (two days later) when no one called me back and they tell me i can come in to show manager. I come in, very respectfully show the staff (no manager) my toes and the pictures, they say there is nothing wrong. I explained how i was bleeding but cleaned it up of course. They were very rude, raising their voice at me saying I will not get a refund and if i want half my money back, i have to sit in chair and have them take the color off. They said the girl that did my toes went back to Vietnam so "why should I care". My purpose was not to embarrass the girl or impact her in any way. I refused any money and said unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. I have gotten pedicures for years before but my usual place was booked and this was last minute. I think the technicians name was Linda, she has a very strong accent, so I couldn't make it out. She was very nice, friendly and best of all CLEAN! A pedicure is $21 and worth it! I walked into Top Nails because they showed 4 star rating. I brought my daughter and her 2 friends into the front door. We were greeted with "what" I asked if they had time for us. They basically rudely scolded us for not making appointment. The girls all said why did they yell at us. I can't rate anything else because we never made it in. I know we will never go back because attitude is everything. Maybe they were having a bad day I don't know but scolding 4 customers is a horrible experience. Came in on a Thursday afternoon 2ish and had my acrylics and pedicure done at the same time, then the eyebrow waxing at the same time as my nails being painted. I felt pampered. They were very gentle, worked quickly and were very detailed to make everything perfect. The leg massage during the pedicure was heaven! All three things came out to just under $50!!!
