She takes her time and is so careful, which is perfect for my toes since my nails tend to grow inward and can be painful. Pretty awesome (and unexpected) nail lounge with the cutest decor and vibes. It's a nail bar, by bar I mean they actually have a bar. How cool is that? Sure, they don't have the typical massage chairs you'd expect at a nail salon but this place is totally not your typical nail spot. This Latinx biz is full of life from the moment you walk in until you leave. Expect an energetic experience celebrating life, just because. You can get some complimentary drinks like coffee, tea or water and order yourself a nice glass of wine or champagne at the bar. Don't worry, you don't have to even get up, it comes to you! The girls that work here are so kind and sweet and VERY thorough with their services. We got 3 last minute pedicures on a Saturday evening right before closing and the owner was so accommodating to squeeze us in. It wasn't rushed, they took their time and went IN on the cuticles, massages, scrubs and all. Even my husband's pedicure wasn't just a quick 20 minute, she took her time and thoroughly worked on his feet. We all needed it! One of my favorite parts about the experience here is being able to get seated in the pedicure bowls right away and picking polish straight from your chair without having to stare at a wall of colors for 15 minutes to try to pick and choose. This was so convenient and makes everything less stressful and easy. To say this is my FAVORITE local nail place I've ever been to, is actually putting it very lightly. I felt so at home the moment I walked through the salon door. The soft pink flowers, and the complete lack of harsh chemical smells is what REALLY sold me. You can hang at high top tables or at the adorable bar area. "Hello, Hi" ia such a spacious and welcoming place with plenty of beautiful and COMFORTABLE seating is such a pleasure. The entire vibe is a clean, modern, classy, and winsome oasis for relaxation. The staff is extremely personable and makes you feel at ease with their enthusiasm and genuine empathetic nature. I am a native Floridian, but decided to bear the cold of NH for 3 years, before coming back to my beautiful sunshine and palm-tree ridden home turf. Once I came back to town, I stumbled upon "Hello, Hi" one night on the internet when I was searching for nail places in the area of Margate that I had just moved to recently. The owner Gris is SUPER knowledgeable about her craft (kinda like a nail-nerd) and is an incredibly charming woman whose sincerity is palpable to customers and her technicians alike. I am a snob when it comes to nail salons, but this location is truly affordable, so you don't break the bank trying to get your nails done as a part of self-care; ESPECIALLY compared to how nice it is in there and how state of the art everything is! Loved this place. I thoroughly enjoyed the music and the option of being able to have a drink while getting my nails done. The customer service was top tier and I loved that extra security at the door. They do have plenty of options for gel colors. I love the aesthetics very cute! The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because the chair for the pedicures were regular chairs. It was a little uncomfortable as I have short legs so I had to slouch on the chair. They aren't the regular massage chairs but I'm ok with that. They have complimentary drinks and a bar to purchase other drinks you'd like. I had an appointment and was seen immediately. I've been to many nail salons where the moment I showed a photo of a nail design I wanted, the response was always "I can't do that." It became frustrating trying to find a place that not only offered nail art but actually excelled at it. After doing some research (which wasn't easy, many places with "nail design" in their description had pretty poor reviews), I finally came across Hello Hi. I'm so glad I gave it a try! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The salon was spotless, and they used clean, sanitized tools, which is something I always look for. Another bonus? They serve drinks! I didn't get one this time, but I definitely will in the future. Annie did my nails, and she was amazing. When I showed her the inspo picture, she immediately lit up and said she could do it, no hesitation. She took her time, didn't rush the service at all, and her attention to detail really shows in the final result. I'm beyond happy with how my nails turned out! What a hidden gem! On a recent visit home for my sisters baby shower, my previous nail-shop pop-in was long overdue for a redo, so I went on the hunt for a spot to get a fill. I've stated before that I'm not usually a "nail shop" kinda girl when it comes to my hands, because I love designs and really trusting my nail tech which isn't always the case when you just pop into a random nail shop. So since I've been in ATL, I haven't found "my" shop yet but let me tell you, I think I've found one back in South Florida! I love a nail bar. I'm talking, a literal drink menu being served, cute aesthetics and all that ++ great techs. When I get my nails done, I love to make it feel like pampering vs. another task that needs to be done, and something about having a little drink with your services makes it feel even more relaxing. So when I searched Yelp for a nail bar and came across Hello Hi in Margate, I had to check them out! A woman-owned biz, the pictures and reviews immediately caught my eye. I was actually leaving another nail shop where I had gotten my brows arched at (every nail shop isn't Queen at every task! lol) and decided to see if I could pop in for an appointment before their 7pm closing time. I gave them a quick call and was greeted by a nice woman who told me to come right in, so I did! Nestled into a large plaza, there were several spots to park and the Lounge was easy to find. When I walked in, wow! Such a beautiful, girly spot! (Right up my alley) The Lounge was bright, clean and so cute. I loved the wall covered with pink flowers, the gorgeous seating options and the entire space. It's obvious that some love was put into the design and had a woman's touch! This was a Friday evening and I was super surprised that I was the only client in the shop with about 3 other nail techs, the owner, a gentleman and a cute little toddler. No complaints, because I was immediately seated and greeted by the woman who answered the phone earlier, who turned out to be the owner. Such a sweetheart! I was paired with Tylie and what an angel. She let me know that she had just started at the shop recently (which was recently opened) but had been doing nails for years. She was so sweet, I'm usually quiet when I get services because I can be overly chatty lol but we had such a great connection, it really made the time pass by. To start my service, I opted for a drink. The Mojitos Pop that I wanted was all gone so I went for a Pinot Grigio with a Mango Tajin pop. I did nottt expect it to come in a huge margarita glass LOL no complaints at all on the portions! I did not love the tajin on the rim with the wine, despite being a tajin lover but it didn't pair well with the pinot lol. But the popsicle? Omgggg, so good! I had come in with a set that was cool, but not my best at all, as I felt they were a bit wide and thick. Tylie was wonderful enough to reshape my nails at a last-minute request and I went from square to stiletto. If you get your nails done, you know that that's a task! She was incredibly patient and kind, towards the end, I was in a bit of a rush and she really hustled to get me out AND still give me a fantastic experience. The color options were amazing and between Tylie and my boyfriend, I went with the Kiara Sky neon green and omg, she made me feel brand new!! I'm so happy to have found such a fabulous spot and team in Broward, and know exactly where to go when I'm back in town and need a new set of claws! :) read more

This was certainly a terrific surprise! The shop waa so pretty and clean! We were greeted by the owner, Grismilady (im hoping I spelled her name right, please forgive if I didnt) and she made us feel welcome, and answered all of our questions. We were offered refreshments - nope not going to say you'll have to go visit, but let me tell you I was surprised and happy regarding the choices. My nail tech was Shaiya. She got right to work and made my feet feel like new! She had terrific conversation and never missed a beat asking how I felt about her service to wnsure she wasn't hurting me - to note she has a VERY gentle touch!! I really wanted to try this place out. The vibes look amazing in the pictures. I arrived at the salon at 9:29am, thank god I did because someone didn't come to open the door until 9:30am, despite the hours being listed as opening at 9am. Then, when I entered to say what I needed done, I was informed that the ladies don't come in until 10am. That turned me off a little. Imagine if I had come at 9am... I appreciate your reply back. I just checked and yelp still lists the hours as 9am. I definitely would try and change that so people are made aware of the change as they're looking through reviews. I wasn't going to make a review of this place, but it's been one week and 2 of my nails are broken and I need to share my frustration. My appt was for 2pm, I show up on time only to be told my nail tech is running late and I'll have to wait. After an hour of waiting the salon owner soaks off my nails- it took her an hour to do this. So now it's 4pm and my nail tech still hasn't started my nails. Finally she starts- and I ask for a simple French acrylic with some gems. The nail tech messed up multiple times and it took her 3 hours to finish. I spent a total of 5 hours in this salon, for a simple acrylic set that should have taken an hour. To top it off it's been 1 week and 2 of my nails have broken but I won't go back. read more

I hate to leave a bad review but I have to. Cute spot and manager was really friendly. The person that did my pedicure though did not do a good job and would never recommend her. She didn't let me soak my feet first and went straight to pushing my cuticles down without it being soft. Because of this, my toes bled, and even now that's it's been a day later, it looks awful and red around my nail beds. Usually my feet come out super soft after getting a pedicure but she barely used the file on them. She also kept getting distracted and looking away throughout the entire pedicure. Besides the nice nail color, doesn't even look like I went to nail salon to get my toes done. read more

Wow!! First time there. The great service started on the phone.Grismileidy was very personable on the phone and was able to schedule my appointment the next day. When you walk through the doors, the transformation of the mind, body and soul begins. It's beautiful and clean and Grismi is so welcoming.
