Despite the lifetime warranty, the previous tint place no longer tinted cars, so I was SOL. I started to look around and ask different tint vendors regarding tint removal and retint. I priced it out and asked about the XPEL XR. Turns out not too many tint places use the nano ceramic hybrid tint I had put on the car. Well now I know. Blue's Glass Tinting was super responsive on Yelp and had reasonable pricing. And they are located close to where my brother now lives. I told my brother to make an appointment and they booked him about a week out. We sent in a deposit for the appointment. Well he dropped off the car today and got it back in a few hours. No more bubbly tint! I told my brother it was his birthday present from me so he's happy and I'm happy that he can now see out the back windshield at night. He showed me the heat that passes through each level and let me take the samples outside to see how much light goes through. He never tried to upsell me, only tried to get me the best product for what I wanted. Many times when dealing with my car, men will talk down to me and assume I don't know anything.
