Despite the lifetime warranty, the previous tint place no longer tinted cars, so I was SOL. I started to look around and ask different tint vendors regarding tint removal and retint. I priced it out and asked about the XPEL XR. Turns out not too many tint places use the nano ceramic hybrid tint I had put on the car. Well now I know. Blue's Glass Tinting was super responsive on Yelp and had reasonable pricing. And they are located close to where my brother now lives. I told my brother to make an appointment and they booked him about a week out. We sent in a deposit for the appointment. Well he dropped off the car today and got it back in a few hours. No more bubbly tint! I told my brother it was his birthday present from me so he's happy and I'm happy that he can now see out the back windshield at night. Thanks to Milton and Blue's Glass Tinting for doing a great job on the windshield.

Milton took the time to educate me on something I had no idea about -- the "tint" on the back windows of my brand new GMC Yukon from the dealership isn't actually tint at all... it's just colored glass. That's why we couldn't simply match the driver's window -- we had to redo all of the windows properly to get a consistent, high-quality finish. I genuinely appreciated him explaining that instead of just doing a quick match and sending me on my way. I dropped my car off at 3 PM and it was completely finished by 6 PM. The turnaround time was amazing. And the quality? Top tier. I wanted to give them another chance because after we initially connected for my broken window, I saw they offered other services that I was interested in. I scheduled an appointment with Jeff to tint my two front windows. This time, communication was excellent--they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Jeff even stopped by to check on me while I was waiting. After the job was completed, he reviewed everything with me and explained the tinting process in detail. They did an amazing job matching the front tint to my back privacy windows. It's been over a week, and everything still looks great. This was my second vehicle done. My first car was PPf'd, ceramic coated and tinted in 2021. When I sold it this year not one issue was ever found with it. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Brian's PPF work on my 2025 Ducati Monster Plus…read more I went to him to get my motorcycle fully protected but the installation quality was so poor as it affected every single area that he covered and ultimately had to be completely removed and redone by another shop at my own expense. The install had multiple issues including poor edge adhesion/lifting, visible trapped moisture or air pockets, uneven fitment and alignment, but he just blamed it on not having the right templates, which I was told is only pushed by Xpel for warranty purposes and that it should not affect a technician's ability to apply the film without templates. As a result, the entire job had to be redone from scratch. What made the situation worse was how it was handled afterward. Instead of taking full responsibility, I was only offered a partial refund. It also took nearly two weeks of back-and-forth communication to even reach that partial resolution. In the end, I paid twice, once for the original job and again to have it properly done. I would absolutely not recommend this service based on my experience, especially if you have a high-end vehicle!

He showed me the heat that passes through each level and let me take the samples outside to see how much light goes through. He never tried to upsell me, only tried to get me the best product for what I wanted. Many times when dealing with my car, men will talk down to me and assume I don't know anything.
