Immediately greeted and quickly checked in - wonderful for a first-time guest - even more excited to find out in-state residents receive half-price their first full bikini (their term for Brazilian). By 4:15, the time of my appointment, I was notified Melanie was running a couple of minutes behind - loved the prompt notification - and by 4:17 Melanie was out greeting me.
