I can't even begin to say how much I love this place! I had a very poor experience with lash extensions about ten years ago and decided to start up again and tried lash bar. EVERY single person at this location is polite, friendly and makes you feel comfortable! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and it's extremely clean! They don't mind if you fall asleep during the procedure or if you don't feel like talking and just want to zen. Furthermore, I have severe hearing loss I have to only work through texting and they are ALWAYS so ACCOMODATING and patient! The price is just right and if you follow procedure, lashes last about two weeks! There is a membership but they don't force you or sales talk constantly! I really recommend you try lash bar ! I had purchased a Groupon deal with the recommendation of my friend. I came in with lash extensions from a different place that didn't do the best job. Erin was so patient trying to get everything off and the glue, which was clumped together with my original lashes. I also informed her that I had another appointment to go to and she assured me that I didn't need to call my other appointment to reschedule and she would get me out on time....which she did! Steer clear of this establishment. I Was gifted a Groupon for my birthday. When I called to book an appointment I informed the lady that I had a Groupon and she told me that I had to book online. When I went to book online in the message box I clearly stated that I had a Groupon once again. When I arrived on time to my appointment they took me right to the back didn't ask me no questions and started working on my lashes two hours later she takes me to the front and tries to charge me the full price. I stated to her that I had a Groupon and I had told them when I called she informed me that she didn't see it anywhere on the computer and she called the manager over. The manager explained that they could not honor the Groupon since I didn't tell them about it when I walked in. She told me that I needed to pay the full price because the service was performed and there was nothing she could do about it. She told me I can re-use a coupon another time or call Groupon and ask them for a refund. I explain to her that the Groupon was a gift and I could not get a refund and I live nowhere in the area to come back another time. She could have easily enter the Groupon number and had me on my way. Long story short I had to pay out of pocket and now I'm stuck with a Groupon because I will never go to this place again. read more

My friend and I were there more than a few times, however our last appointment we had to cancel last minute because of no way of getting there because of car issues. I called and they told me that I needed to pay $50 for cancellation fee because they paid for babysitters!! I asked them, "what if it were an emergency?." they told me if it was a car accident or doctor's visit that I needed to bring in a note. Are you kidding me??? What am I 7yrs old missing school?? On a side note, we have never cancelled or just not shown up. Every time we've gone there we paid a pretty penny and left a pretty good tip each time. BEWARE OF $20 SERVICE FEE. I purchased this on groupon back in January and they advised I can use it again after a 120 days. Because groupon does not allow reusage within a year they said not to purchase the groupon and she would honor the price. I got my lashes done by Maddie Hernandez yesterday and it was such a wonderful experience. I was greeted by the front desk associate, and then Maddie when she brought me to her table and offered to let me use the restroom before the appointment. The tables had baskets for your things, nice blankets, and head rests. Great atmosphere. What made the appointment amazing though was Maddie and her gentle magic lash hands. " we don't take anyone running more than 15 mins late." Apparently the person with the poor attitude that called me back works at a totally different location. I love love love going to Lashbar. There place is super nice and I love the atmosphere there. My lash tech is Sara and love her work. She gives me exactly what I like and expect my lashes to look like. I'd never change Lashbar. It's a 45 minute drive for me and well worth it. Everyone there is very nice.
