A business can have great food and a beautiful location, but customer service matters just as much. If you're going to advertise yourselves as the #2 best restaurant in Washington, the hospitality should reflect that reputation. Management, please address this. We really enjoy learning and experiencing wines from all over the world. We visited 7 different wineries annd enjoyed many of them but have to say, this one is our favorite. First, the greeting and welcome were wonderful. Andrea was lovely. My favorite thing to do is ask a lot of questions about wine and their process. She answered every question and was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. You can tell it's a great place to work. Second, the wine. They specialize in Rhône varietals and what really makes them stand out is their use of concrete in the wine making process. Their Grenache Blanc and concrete Syrah are outstanding! All of their wines are beautiful. We highly recommend them and will definitely be back.
