Laura is amazing! I've been going to her for years for my Botox. Recently moved a little further away and make the drive for Laura!

Made an appointment approximately a month out. Drove almost an hour to be told they didn't have me scheduled. Pointless!

The facility is clean, modern, and has a calming energy that makes every visit something to look forward to. **Red Light Therapy:** This has been a total game changer for my recovery and energy levels. I noticed an improvement in my skin tone and sleep within just a few sessions. **Cryotherapy:** Just amazing . The first time was intense, but the benefits are real and almost immediate--reduced inflammation, muscle recovery, and an overall mood boost. What really sets iCRYO apart is the *passion and professionalism* of the team. They truly care about your health goals and are always available to answer questions or adjust your routine to get the best results.

They are great at promising services, but they take your money, shut the store down without even a 24 hour notice, and then refuse to return calls. The owner is a disgrace- can't believe that he actually was in the Navy because he has no honor. Stealing your money is the thing they do best. Your best exercise is to RUN FAR AWAY from I Cryo ( unless you like throwing your money away, of course)

Been a long-time patient, off and on based on my insurance and if they are considered in-network…read more They are with my current plan. I had my annual skin check today. About 19 years ago, I had skin cancer and they removed it in this office. I couldn't remember what type it was, but I could remember the doctor's name who I had seen. I said they should have the notes and diagnosis since they performed the procedure. But because there was a period of 4 years in which they didn't take my insurance and I had to go elsewhere, apparently they purged my entire medical file! They only had history on me for the last few years. I don't have a copy of my medical records, nor was I ever offered a copy before they purged it, so I couldn't tell them what type of skin cancer I had either. So that was disconcerting. Because of my history and preponderance of freckles, moles, etc., typically photos are taken to observe skin patterns over time. None were taken at this visit. But then again, with my purged medical records, what would they have to compare it to? Second red flag for me as a patient. During the exam the PA found two small skin tags that she offered to remove for me. I was inclined to do so, but I needed to know (ballpark) how much it might cost me. I knew I reached my deductible for the year, I knew my coinsurance was 25%, but I needed to know roughly what they'd bill my insurance so I had an idea what my 25% would be. Roughly $200 to snip something off, cool; if they charged $1000 per snip, maybe I'd decline since it's benign/elective. No one in the office could tell me...not the PA, the assistant, the front desk...no one! When I went to check out, I asked if they could submit a predetermination with my insurance so I could get such an estimate. The response was "oh we don't do that. We don't know what codes will be billed until after the visit." I was confused; we just had the visit, we know the dx: it's a skin tag and it'll be require a local anesthetic and a swipe of a scalpel to remove it. What's the big mystery here? Again I was told it wasn't possible to get even a ballpark estimate. I asked, "so I could be signing up for a $75 out-of-pocket expense or a $750 out-of-pocket expense, and you can't give me anything more specific?" Nope. No other industry on the planet can I think of where you'd just sign up for a procedure or a service without having a vague idea of the cost. I don't take my car into the shop without receiving an estimate of what it will cost for the services required. This isn't a "let's open her up and see what we're dealing with" kind of situation. It's clear what the diagnosis and services required will be. If you don't have a billing person in the office, surely someone can get this information from the billing person/practice used? Medical and financial transparency is severely lacking here, and best practices for long-term patient care and skin history are not followed either. Not all of us are here for Botox and injectables. Looks like I'll be looking for a new practice truly interested in skin cancer detection and prevention, and one with billing transparency.

She said I'd have to schedule it another day but they had no availability. Wasted my time and $71 with empty promises. THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH OTHER LOCATIONS!…read more Now that I have that out the way. Let's dive in. This location is very very small. I was shocked how "intimate" it is. If you're used to Atlanta amd Houston location please lower your expectations. You have to schedule service before you go in. I wasn't aware if that so please be mindful. They also take your shoes before you go back. My mind was blown. Once I got back it looks the same except the pool area is massive with cool jet powered pockets. If you forget something there is a purchase price instead of gratis. Like toothbrush, deodorant, toothpaste, etc. Interesting that you can wear swimsuits. I didn't have one because I thought they weren't allowed. I was a bit disappointed in my scrub but I think it's because it was moved up, shrle came looking for me, she was irritated, I was annoyed, she asked for a tip 5X and I kept saying "No". I did use a GroupOn and that was dope. I would definitely use again just for the 30 min massage alone. Kim was amazing! It also got moved up 15 mins. It has a traditional layout as other locations but they have 3 upstairs spaces for massages, gym, and smoking. The resturant was closed while I was there so I set up myself up for some $9 Ramen. Yeah, I know. Stupid move. I was hungry. Although, small they tossed in a few couches and chairs. There's 5 rooms with temperatures listed. I thought that was cool. May absolutely favorite was the CLAY room. Its so fun and different. I went on a Monday to avoid people but it was still pretty busy. I don't think there is a difference on the day of the week.

I read the bad reviews before going, but I'm going to base my opinion on my own experience. I like that they offer discounts for seniors. My mom's admission was $35 and mine was $45. This is definitely very affordable, and for someone who cares more about the benefits rather than aesthetics or Instagram photos, I think it's worth it. I can see why some people say the pool water smells musky. It does seem that way a bit, but honestly, I'm not sure if it's just because the water is warm. The spa treatments are pricey, but it's understandable. The staff could use some hospitality training. The girl at the front desk was nice, but the guy could definitely use some training. The food is affordable and the portions are huge. I got bibimbap for $16 and shared it with my mom, so it was definitely worth the money. I would come back again, especially on my birthday, because they have a promotion for free admission if it's your birthday. They also have a bunch of other promotions that I don't remember, but they're worth checking out. Really wish they would open one in Maryland again.
