Dislike the laser hair removal, they intentionally use lower setting to make you keep coming back. Not trustworthy.

Morgan examined the skin area that was bothering me and also found another area that I needed to have removed. She explained everything that she would remove and explained all that she needed to do. I didn't have any discomfort during the 2 procedures. Morgan explained everything that I will need to do post procedures to my daughter and myself. She also said the samples will be sent out the the lab and I will be notified in about 1 week or so. Thank you Morgan and Ashley for a great experience and my daughter said she will also make an appointment to see Morgan CNP

I would not recommend this practice to anyone and will not be returning after my recent experience…read more I had an atypical mole removal in early June. An NP did the removal and an RN did the stitches. Two weeks later I returned for stitches removal by an RN (which I'm told is standard practice). I expressed concern about infection at that time due to increasing redness and new drainage which started the day prior to stitch removal. The RN retrieved Dr. Campbell who placed her hand on the wound site and asked how sore it was. I said it was a little sore and she said "it's not infected, you'd be jumping out of your chair if it was." I felt uneasy with this assessment. 9 days later the site started draining pus. I was seen the next day, the NP drained the site, took a culture and said it wasn't that bad and a topical antibiotic would be enough. I insisted on an oral antibiotic and she prescribed doxycycline. I noted that the surrounding area felt sore and she told me it wasn't related. 6 days later the culture came back for MSSA (sensitive to doxy) and acinetobacter (resistant to doxy). I called to speak to a provider about it but did not hear back until a day later (7 days after culture taken). I was told by someone on the phone (not an NP or MD) to switch to ciprofloxacin and stop the doxy. I decided to have a physician I work with consult with an infectious disease doctor who advised me to continue both antibiotics to completion. After 3 days of the cipro the soreness, which I was told was not related 10 days prior, finally began to subside. Throughout the entire ordeal I repeatedly asked questions to ensure I was not doing anything that could be causing infection or impeding wound healing and I followed all instructions. The wound still looks questionable even 2.5 weeks after completing both courses of antibiotics but I am not consulting with other providers since I do not trust the practitioners at Main Line Dermatology to take my concerns seriously or give best practice advice and information. I am now dealing with the bills from extra office visits and pathology which could have been avoided if #1-an advanced practitioner did the initial stitches and #2-if Dr. Campbell had taken my concerns seriously and not been dismissive. I am appreciative of the second NP's (Ying Yang) willingness to listen to me and prescribe the doxy, but did not appreciate her dismissiveness when I described the soreness I was feeling. I work with patients in an acute care setting myself and am appalled at how I was treated as a patient in this practice. Unacceptable.

Excellent salon and spa. Local business where the entire staff cares about their clients. Great…read moreservice and reasonable prices.

I can't say enough good things about Peter's, and I can't recommend Jessica and Anita highly…read moreenough; I'd be willing to take a chance with any of their other staff due to the extremely positive interactions I've experienced time and time again. Definitely check out their website--they offer a HUGE range of services at reasonable prices for the quality of service received. I pay $35 to continuously get the best cuts of my life. To me, that's a great value. (I was paying $50-60 per visit for cuts I wasn't satisfied with after my stylist's departure. That was steep enough for cuts I liked, but totally out of the question for sub-par work.) Their online booking system makes it easy to find an appointment when I need one, and booking at last minute has never been a problem for me. Jessica has been doing my brows for 5 or 6 years now and I will NEVER let anyone else touch my brows (for as long as I can avoid it). She has also done brazilians for me and a few friends. We have had great experiences with her performing this service--she is thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. Although I have found a brazilian service I like for much less elsewhere, I will always return to see Jessica to get my brows done. For years I was getting my haircut by Nancy at Blaze in downtown West Chester, but when she left I decided to give Peter's a shot since I'm in there frequently to get my brows done anyway. BEST thing that has ever happened to my hair!! I see Anita--she's very experienced and just knows exactly how to handle hair. She's fun to talk to about travels and adventures and is always greets me with a big smile. Speaking of smiles, for as long as I've been visiting Peter's, the staff there has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a problem with my payment during the visit before last and the staff was incredibly discrete and helpful in helping me set up arrangements to pay on my next visit. What could have been a very embarrassing moment was quickly turned into a great customer service experience. Although it's hidden away behind Wawa in an unassuming looking building, Peter's has top notch facilities that always put me into a tranquil state. The spa area is beautiful and very nicely kept, and the salon is always pristine and filled with light due to some huge windows. Give them a visit; you won't be sorry!
