My wife and I have driven past Radiant so many times on our way home, but this time would be our first time we decided to drop in. Here's the lowdown. Pull into the parking lot but not big by any means, there's a few spaces, not more than a handful though. We were fortunate that as we pulled in, someone had just started on their way out. Enter the building and it's quite inviting. To the right there was a sort of entertainment space where families are most definitely welcome. Making our way through the hall, you'll enter the main area where you'll find a fridge with cold ones ready for a grab and go. Just ahead is the counter where we were greeted by friendly staff. Grab a menu and place your order. They've got a nice range of food and of course beers. We decided to keep it simple and try some light finger foods to snack while we sipped on our brew. Cauliflower and beer battered fries were both perfect. Light, crisp and delicious. I'm definitely looking forward to another visit and bringing an appetite. Radiant Beer Co, is a brewery where you take friends and watch baseball games. I myself met up my boys to watch a dodger game on Sunday. I ordered their Gaining Momentum Hazzy IPA and was very impressed with the well balanced hazzy feel and hoppy notes. I really enjoy coming here because it's family and pet-friendly, which makes it a great place to bring your dog. The food is great, and they have a nice selection of beer and wine. My only concern is that it's often very difficult to find a place to sit, especially on the outdoor patio where most pet owners can sit. There appears to be additional outdoor space that could be used for more seating, but there are barrel tables that are quite small and don't leave much room for food and drinks and we have to stand. They had a good selection of high quality beers to choose from, we chose a beer flight to try out. There was a smoothie seltzer in my flight that tastes like juice. The beers were good and refreshing, we got a splash of their black porter, it was so well balanced and tasty that we ordered a full pint. The service was great, and they had a casual vibe. This place covers nearly all my beer needs. The Barley wine is 14.2%, the white wine is 13.0% the Hazy IPA's are fruity and slightly dank and the Belgium is rich and dry. Full of flavor. The pizza( the works) was crispy, charred and tasty to go smoothly with our beers. Not only is a full kitchen available, but there's two separate areas. A recreation room and a tap room. This is a great brewery, great vibes and excellent community events, like Oktoberfest and St Patrick's specials. My favorite beer I've had here was called "Just between us", and I believe it was a hazy IPA. Very good. The food is also good. Pizza and the caprese salad is good. The chicken bites weren't my favorite, and the ranch was meh but not terrible. The only issue is that I wish they were more consistent with their non alcoholic options. They used to keep them stocked, but it seems the last few months, they haven't had any. I'd live off they'd have a bit more than water for the nonalcoholic beer lovers! read more

The beertender was really nice, and their selection was well-rounded. I was looking at their IPAs, and she suggested the Until Yesterday, which was a great choice. They had a black IPA also - Dank After Dark. That's not a style you see often, so I had to get that too. Overall loved the beer. Would love to get to stay longer next time and grab some food too. Super chill atmosphere, and honestly some of the nicest people we've encountered at a brewery--everyone made the experience feel easy and welcoming. The food lineup was impressive, especially with how well everything paired with the beers. The vegan cauliflower wings and beer-battered fries were easy crowd-pleasers, and the Caesar salad with all in-house components was fresh and well-balanced. The vegetarian Caprese sando on in-house pizza bread was delicious, and the vegan hummus falafel sandwich was hearty without feeling heavy. Pizza lovers--don't skip this spot. The margarita pesto was vibrant, and the spicy chicken bacon ranch pizza (yes, ranch underneath) was rich and crave-worthy. My parents & friend stopped by here before an Angels game since they allowed outside food on their premises (we brought In-N-Out) and of course to grab a beer beforehand. The several beers that we tried here were delicious! I really liked my Hazy beer. It was a really hot day, and even though the entire inside areas (on both sides) were full, we found a table outside and were able to tilt the umbrellas which allowed our whole party of 4 to be in shade while we ate and drank as well. Staff was friendly and beers + space were perfect! Definitely would recommend this brewery to others. read more

We love breweries and this is one of our faves! Loved them when they used to be Towne Park and love them more as Radiant! Same location and great vibes! Parking can be tricky at times but they have extra parking designated in their neighbors lot. It's worth it! They also have outdoor and indoor seating so plenty of options. My hubby enjoys IPAs and I love my stouts! He had Just Between Us and The Best of You hazy IPAs while I had their new Cinnamon Spiral Decadent Stout. Great beers as always! They have a nice rotation of new beers so you have to come back often! Stay on top of their insta for new releases and events to check out!! Also love Radiant Kitchen. Go to with beers is always their huge pretzel that is served with ground mustard to dip. More than enough for 2! Not bad for $9. Took home a 4-pack of their WeLA IPA. Really cool brewery with so much seating! There's a nice room in the back too with a little library where you can borrow or leave a book. Workers are super nice and allowed my friends and I to try some samplers before we made our decision. My friend also mentioned that they have emo nights on specific days. There are also one pinball machine in the back, cards, foosball, and board games. Overall super cool and chill vibes. We came on a Saturday evening at 6:30pm. I live so close to here and I finally decided to visit. I'm so glad I did! They have food trucks every day, you can check on their instagram who will be there that day. There was inside and outside seating available, the place looks small when driving by but it's actually much bigger than I expected. The parking is probably the only downside since if there's no spots you have to park just a block away which isn't bad. I ordered the after school cool seltzer which tasted just like a PB&J! I also ordered Luck to the finder which was so smooth and had a good balance of coffee notes. They have weekly even which you can sign up for their newsletter online. There are two indoor spaces, with the one down the hall away from the registers being much bigger with seating for about 25. What an incredible spot! Owner and staff were able to help me set up a large party reservation and they shared the parking map ahead which helped with planning. Although we didn't use the seats they reserved for us since we found better seats, the vibe was quite nice. I feel that this is by far the best brewery for IPA. Radiant beer. Highly recommended to me on two separate occasions so here we are. Parking was a little difficult. The parking lot is not very big but fortunately they let you park at nearby businesses/warehouses. Drive around and find an available parking space and most warehouse lots have a Radiant Beer overflow sign. This is cool cause most businesses hate to share parking lots. Not as big of a space as let's say Brewery X, but with this size comes great company. They have their own food truck as well as a guest food truck plus tons of vendors. For a moderate brewery it felt busy. Order at the bar and the menu displays on the screen. A great amount of beer options ranging from lights to dark and IPA. Some that caught my eye were Australian IPA and German Pilsner. The staff was great at recommending products based on my personal taste and did not let me down. The company was fun in of itself. For a brewery to definitely feels like a local bar vibe were everyone is so cool. The bartenders and all the staff were really pleasant to talk to. I have been to multiple breweries in OC and the staff here really made me feel comfortable and engaged. For food you order through one of the QR codes on the napkins dispensers and pick up at the bar. The one thing is even though there's a food truck outside you still have to go to the bartenders and pick up your food from them. To me this seems like a lot of back and forth for the bartenders when they could be working on other task but this is how it is. I would possibly recommend to this place to have a pickup system At the food truck like other breweries since you already have a name and digital receipt tied to the order. Anyways, the food here was great and the beer was delicious, everyone is enjoying themselves so I see why multiple people have recommended this place to me. Yes I would return. read more

So beer is always 5/5. As a self prescribed beer snob I have to say this brewery has consistently been top notch. The reason for 4 stars? The food. The food is not even mediocre. We ordered the hummus plate with falafel. The pizza dough bread slices served with it were so stale, cold, burnt and completely inedible. The marghareta pizza was ok but instead of the normal fresh basil it was pesto sauce drizzled on top which was ok but not what was expected and I guess they figured pizza sauce counted as the tomatoes. Bottom line: go for the beer, you won't be disappointed but avoid the food. read more
