We came in late on a Saturday night and it wasn't too crowded. We ordered beer at the counter and brought it outside. They went around to inform everyone when it was last call for food and then again when it was last call for beer. They have a lot of good beer options. Since it was my first time, I went for the German pils. I plan to come back, as a fan of Radiant beer. Their bathrooms are clean and they have their sinks outside the main bathroom so you can wash your hands without going inside, which is so convenient. Went for Patio Get-down on 8/1/26. Made reservations online but no one checked. First come first serve on tables. There's inside (2 areas) & outside seating. IT WAS HOT OUT! And a train actually rolled by! Parking's tough; overflow to an overflow. My mom is not a craft beer drinker and staff took care of her giving her samples of beer to her pallet. Much appreciated of that. For a brewery--this place has great food options. Unfortunately they were only serving their appetizers and I will admit I was sorta bummed until the food came out. We tried the mozzarella sticks (9/10), chicken bites (1000/10...get these), popcorn (made my mom happy), and hummus plate. We were all satisfied. My wife and I have driven past Radiant so many times on our way home, but this time would be our first time we decided to drop in. Here's the lowdown. Pull into the parking lot but not big by any means, there's a few spaces, not more than a handful though. We were fortunate that as we pulled in, someone had just started on their way out. Enter the building and it's quite inviting. To the right there was a sort of entertainment space where families are most definitely welcome. Making our way through the hall, you'll enter the main area where you'll find a fridge with cold ones ready for a grab and go. Just ahead is the counter where we were greeted by friendly staff. Grab a menu and place your order. They've got a nice range of food and of course beers. We decided to keep it simple and try some light finger foods to snack while we sipped on our brew. Cauliflower and beer battered fries were both perfect. Light, crisp and delicious. I'm definitely looking forward to another visit and bringing an appetite. Radiant Beer Co, is a brewery where you take friends and watch baseball games. I myself met up my boys to watch a dodger game on Sunday. I ordered their Gaining Momentum Hazzy IPA and was very impressed with the well balanced hazzy feel and hoppy notes. They had a good selection of high quality beers to choose from, we chose a beer flight to try out. There was a smoothie seltzer in my flight that tastes like juice. The beers were good and refreshing, we got a splash of their black porter, it was so well balanced and tasty that we ordered a full pint. The service was great, and they had a casual vibe. This place covers nearly all my beer needs. The Barley wine is 14.2%, the white wine is 13.0% the Hazy IPA's are fruity and slightly dank and the Belgium is rich and dry. Full of flavor. The pizza( the works) was crispy, charred and tasty to go smoothly with our beers. Not only is a full kitchen available, but there's two separate areas. A recreation room and a tap room. This is a great brewery, great vibes and excellent community events, like Oktoberfest and St Patrick's specials. My favorite beer I've had here was called "Just between us", and I believe it was a hazy IPA. Very good. The food is also good. Pizza and the caprese salad is good. The chicken bites weren't my favorite, and the ranch was meh but not terrible. The only issue is that I wish they were more consistent with their non alcoholic options. They used to keep them stocked, but it seems the last few months, they haven't had any. I'd live off they'd have a bit more than water for the nonalcoholic beer lovers! read more

I really enjoy coming here because it's family and pet-friendly, which makes it a great place to bring your dog. The food is great, and they have a nice selection of beer and wine. My only concern is that it's often very difficult to find a place to sit, especially on the outdoor patio where most pet owners can sit. There appears to be additional outdoor space that could be used for more seating, but there are barrel tables that are quite small and don't leave much room for food and drinks and we have to stand. Ordered a pretzel with beer cheese which was an added cost. They brought out the pretzel without the cheese and quickly ran away. We went to the food truck and asked for the cheese. It was then that they admitted they had no cheese. Best they could do was give us a voucher so we'd have to come again. No thanks. Trash service. Just refund the order next time, folks. Got to run in for a quick visit before an event down the road. It had been on my list of breweries I wanted to hit when in OC. Going in it was bright and clean and had a nice patio. The beertender was really nice, and their selection was well-rounded. I was looking at their IPAs, and she suggested the Until Yesterday, which was a great choice. They had a black IPA also - Dank After Dark. That's not a style you see often, so I had to get that too. Overall loved the beer. Would love to get to stay longer next time and grab some food too. The vegan cauliflower wings and beer-battered fries were easy crowd-pleasers, and the Caesar salad with all in-house components was fresh and well-balanced. The vegetarian Caprese sando on in-house pizza bread was delicious, and the vegan hummus falafel sandwich was hearty without feeling heavy. Pizza lovers--don't skip this spot. The margarita pesto was vibrant, and the spicy chicken bacon ranch pizza (yes, ranch underneath) was rich and crave-worthy. Beer pairings really elevated everything: Modern Modernity IPA with pizza, Halcyon Nights dark beer with their soft pretzel and house sauce, plus a fun throwback Coor American Lager (canned down by the river). My parents & friend stopped by here before an Angels game since they allowed outside food on their premises (we brought In-N-Out) and of course to grab a beer beforehand. The several beers that we tried here were delicious! I really liked my Hazy beer. It was a really hot day, and even though the entire inside areas (on both sides) were full, we found a table outside and were able to tilt the umbrellas which allowed our whole party of 4 to be in shade while we ate and drank as well. Parking is usually difficult if you get there later in the day. I see people parking in closed businesses but it doesn't explicitly say radiant parking so it's sketchy. Their parking is clearly marked. The beers are good and food is okay. They do a lot of theme nights which are usually fun to go to and super crowded. My hubby enjoys IPAs and I love my stouts! He had Just Between Us and The Best of You hazy IPAs while I had their new Cinnamon Spiral Decadent Stout. Great beers as always! Really cool brewery with so much seating! There's a nice room in the back too with a little library where you can borrow or leave a book. Workers are super nice and allowed my friends and I to try some samplers before we made our decision. My friend also mentioned that they have emo nights on specific days.
