Had a manicure with Tammy. She filed my nails and used a wonderful cuticle oil. No cutting away at cuticles, only pressing gently and snipping only a couple of pieces. I am pleased with the shape of my nails as well as the quality of polish applied. Amazing! From the moment you walk in it feels so welcoming. There is a lady in the front that instead of reading a magazine like in the old days is on her phone under the hair dryer. It is so beautiful inside. I searched all over for a salon that has everything and this is it! I took my girls here for a hair cut and style with Kendra. She greeted us with a smile and took the girls back. She was efficient and made my girls feel like they were getting their hair cut by a family friend. The last few pedicures I've gotten were at "typical" nail salons. Having rough heels, they always took the "cheese grater" or buffing sponge thingy to my heels and went to town, essentially destroying my feet. After letting them heal for nearly a year, I decided to treat myself to something different, and local...Tammy at Radiant. I was a bit embarrassed because my feet were still in really rough shape. She took it with a grain of salt and worked her magic on me. Her pedicure was amazing from the conversation to the products she uses to the reflexology and that amazing chair she has! I still have healing to do because of the damage the previous places did, but my feet are in much better shape and look and feel amazing thanks to Tammy. I can't thank Tammy enough and can't wait until my next visit (though not too soon)! Side note...they have just about any beauty service here that you could want or need (and a custom hat bar)! Radiant is a hidden jewel of a hair/nails/eyelash salon, tucked away in one of Liberty Hill's refurbished antique homes. The place opened in November 2017 so it's quite new, and I'm glad to report that it's an impressive debut. The front part of the salon has a beautiful waiting area selling local fashions and jewelry. I picked up an item here while a friend of mine had a pedicure done by Tammy. Based on the service and the results, Radiant should do an excellent business once the word gets out. I thought I was too old for extensions but my hair was thining so bad so I went for it! Yes Maegan installed IBE extensions and has done my move ups three times and I have had excellent grow out, no loose corners and my confidence is so much better! Excellent job on installation, and maintaining instructions. It's not just extensions though. The color and cuts are always amazing! And then there is Charlotte! She has done lash extensions for me and they were absolutely amazing and the spray tans always has me glowing for whatever occasion comes around and I need some color. I love my permanent jewelry and look forward to having her add more. She is such an amazing lady and has a wonderful heart and gracious spirit. Coming into the salon everyone is always so nice. I've been getting volume eyelash extensions by Kenzie for over a year. I've followed her during her transition to Radiant and now that I live in Denver, I fly to her once a month. She has an artistic ability and gives you a custom look that is best for your face shape and lifestyle needs! A couple of things I consider important factors for lashes are the following. I hope you choose Kenzie, she is fantastic! Glue Hold: The glue is strong, reliable, no issues with strength or toxic smells that make eyes water. A full set of volume lashes will last me three weeks with a natural loss that provides a more delicate look but there's enough to still get compliments from people. It amazes me! Application Method: Kenzie applies volume with clusters. This means one glue application for three lashes. It's less strain and weight on your natural lashes. Others aren't skilled with the cluster and add three individual lashes to your natural lash which means three times the amount of glue for a volume application. It's heavy and causes breakage that way. I am so glad she is skilled and fast with the clusters! Thanks, Kenzie!!! read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Amber! I moved to the area a couple years ago & had never color treated my hair. I did a lot of research & found that she does amazing work on blondes. After my first appointment with her, I knew I had found my permanent hair stylist. She takes her time, does quality work, and is always honest about what she thinks is best for your hair. At one point, I was going every 3 months, and she thought my color still looked good to where I could extent the time between appointments. I really appreciated that. I read all the reviews about Radiant and selected my stylist from the rave reviews about her. I am not mentioning names, but this was my first time at this salon and I was so looking forward to having a new style with a competent stylist. I arrived to be greeted by frowns. I did not find this a friendly salon, at all, as well as the stylist that cut my hair. I went for a cut and style. I showed my stylist the cut I wanted. It was a simple mid-length cut -- nothing dramatic, but very cute. I had been growing out my hair so I could leave the top longer (as the picture showed) with it being cut shorter in the back, with layers, and swept back on the sides. I walked out of that salon crying -- broke down and cried in my car -- and still am crying. She cut all my hair off -- only looked at the picture once -- and then cut. I believe she had gone too far before she even realized she had cut too much off. She told me I could buy a curling iron that was a miniature one so I could style my hair. I have an unusual scalp/hair problem and my hair grows very slowly now. It will take, at least a month to 2 months to get my hair to a decent length. I look like a guy -- feel like a guy -- and hardly have any hair. It's cut so short that my scalp shows in certain areas. I went to Radiant because I believed they were professional stylists, and this one in particular. I will not return -- be careful when you select a stylist from reviews. Maybe you should find someone that has been there so you get the real facts. I wish I had talked with someone in person before going there. I am managing to do the best I can with this style, but every day I struggle to make it look good. So, clients beware. And. Radiant, you could show a few smiles and make people feel comfortable upon arriving. read more
