I recently moved to the area from Kerrville where I had a wonderful stylist. I found Indigo Salon and made an appointment with Nicole and couldn't be happier. I was greeted warmly and Covid precautions were firmly in place. The decor is beautiful and trendy. Nicole spent the first part of the appointment going over what I wanted and didn't want. She absolutely nailed it. Color is perfect, and I love the cut. I've already rebooked my next appointments. read more

I attempted to go to the salon twice based on a referral from a friend. I booked my appointment online and paid a deposit. It was scheduled for March 11, 2023--they called that morning and canceled my appointment because my stylist was sick. OK...well...after playing phone tag I finally was able to reschedule with a different stylist for this past weekend (April 29). Once again I was called 1 hour before my appointment only to find out that it had been canceled because my stylist was sick. The person on the phone asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said I was not sure I wanted to because this was the second time my appointment was cancelled. All she said was OK. I am typically a very understanding person but it would have been nice if they offered to at least try and get me in even if I had to wait and see someone different or offer a discount...something....so frustrating. Now I have to contact them again because they have not refunded my depost. I want to support local businesses but unfortunately this will not be one of them. read more

Love the stylists here! I would trust everyone of them to cut and color my hair! They place is clean in a cool old building.

Although I have not gone, I booked an appointment prior to the storm on a recommendation . The appointment was rescheduled and booked out two weeks later and to my short coming I missed the appointment by 45 minutes due to tree and debris clean up but no matter.Immediately called and was told I would have a $25 fee to rebook, for my first time visit. Very disappointed. Calling back I talked to a lead hairstylist who was very rude. Calling just to let them know that they lost a potential customer who just moved to Liberty Hill. Not looking for anything but but this goes beyond an error for this business sense. read more

This salon is wonderful, my color and cut by Jaime ( the owner) were perfect, the best I have ever experienced. The care taken for my color cut was meticulous and time was spent to make it perfect. The salon itself is lovely and very inviting. All the hairdressers here are well trained by the owner, so whoever you book an appt with they will do a wonderful job for you. My aunt brought me to this salon recently, and I have returned several times with her just to hang out. To be honest, I have really short hair and do not use their services. However, if I was a girl and wanted to look beautiful and feel awesome, then I would go here. Jaime (owner/stylist) and Jess (stylist) are fun, edgy, and professional. My aunt cannot stop raving about this place and everyone that comes here loves it. The atmosphere is very cool. Whenever moving other than doctors, finding a new stylist can be such a stress. After careful searching and asking around of others I ended up at Indigo Salon and so incredibly grateful. I was schedule with Nicole who took time to truly talk with me about my experiences and desires. As we talked through some upcoming elements she offered solutions for the future as well that would allow me to do what I wanted for a special event that would be fun but not permanent. Ultimately I walked in with some very brassy tones given it had been a bit, she did my color but blended it all so much better than i had already and then did a tone that really brought out warmth with some nice lighting around the face. Nicole took the time to then go through my hair to help blend in some breakage areas from previous drying/coloring and blended it all so well. My hair looks healthy and natural again! I was scheduled on the same day with Nicole and when I arrived to my appointment, I was greeted by Nicole with such warmth and kindness. She offered me something to drink and then sat down with me and asked me some questions about what kind of services I was wanting. She took notes, gave me her fee schedule and gave me options for other treatments as well. Nicole was very professional and happy and I received a wonderful cut from her.
