They completed the door in its entirety and went above and beyond cleaning up the area and shining up the new glass slider. Nice to see contractors that actually take pride in their work!

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with this company. We hired them for 2 doors that are…read morenext to each other, each needing locks. The tech installed the locks unequally and much higher than the city requires, so it not only looks bad but is hard to reach. I reached out to them asking if the locks can be adjusted and they told me I am welcome to pay them if we want it fixed. Just a very expensive project only to be done very sloppy and have bad customer service when we asked for a reasonable solution. Tiffany told me on the phone "well did you ask the tech to line them up and the height you wanted?" I'm not sure why it would be my responsibility to ask the tech to make sure the locks align? That seems pretty obvious. The lock was placed taller than I am, so I even have a hard time reaching it. Unfortunately sliderite does not fix problems they cause (unless you pay them more money) and overcharges for bad services. I'm going to guess they will reply and say I approved the work done. I paid for it immediately after service and did not think I needed to make sure the height was equal or low enough for me to reach. We noticed it shortly after it was installed and contacted them asap when we did realize it looked so bad. Edit to add- we told them on the phone that we measured our door handles, because they are insisting they are also not level. They are, and I have attached photos below showing that. I'm unsure why our door handles would excuse their poor service and installation. They are not taking accountability for a sloppy job. As a business, you need to do better.
