I 100% recommend coming here, especially because of Erica! I started seeing Erica for Brazilian waxing around 2019-2021. Erica is by far the best wax artist I have seen in my experience. I have seen about 4 women before Erica at other salons and then never went back after her. Erica is by far the cleanest + smoothest wax I have had with the least amount of pain! Erica is also amazing company to talk to and such a good spirited person. A hard working mom so I love to support her! I actually stopped getting waxed altogether in 2020-2021 because I have bad folliculitis and was deferred to see a sugar artist or laser removal by dermatology. I only sugar now due to personal skin health issues, but I still recommend Erica! I can say the entire staff is trust worthy as well, super chill vibe. Just stopped in here today with my girlfriend I recommended for a wax a long time ago. My friend has been coming here ever since! It has been a while but it was good to see Erica! I have seen Erica once since my folliculitis diagnosis when I couldn't get sugared and my skin was so happy! I had the most amazing experience yesterday! I haven't had a professional massage for over 20 years. Since I have been experiencing lower back pain for several years, and at night, I feel neck and shoulder discomfort due to stress, I decided to get a massage. I made an appointment with Davida at Radiant Studios. The room was beautiful, warm and welcoming. I had no problem relaxing while Davida worked her magic for 30 minutes. By the time I walked out, I felt lighter with a spark of energy. It's something I haven't felt since my younger years. Last night, I slept like a baby. I recommend this masseuse to everyone, but especially to retired folks like me. I should have been getting a massage more often to prevent these issues from happening! The highest level beds and MOST expensive (room one and two) have been in disrepair for almost over two months now. Multiple lights on the facial and chest regions are totally burnt out and there are other body lamps that are also out. This can only be noticed when the sun bed is turned on. Room one also doesn't function properly- it has a setting where the face lamps can be adjusted, and as soon as the bed heats up the facial tanners drop down and cannot be turned back up so your face isn't getting a tan at all because the light is so weak. Staff and management has been notified about this numerous times and they have NOT done anything about it- which is HIGHLY disappointing considering we pay almost $100 for a level 5 tanning membership. Maintenance and ownership of this location has definitely gone downhill. I personally do not like having to come here and would prefer to go to the other tanning locations because they have much better quality beds and maintain their lamps. OWNERS and Management needs to wake up and get their head out of the fryer before their establishment gets shut down because clients are so fed up they stop paying.
