Today was my first ever facial with Denise and EVER! I've never experienced​ a facial before but I am so grateful to have gone to Denise. My skin type is dry & sensitive. I could never relate to any of my girlfriends because they're blessed with the oily type! (Oily skin = less wrinkles in the future!) Some products have worked for me in the past for a while, but these past two weeks were rough - literally rough, dry skin on my face. Especially with this weird weather going on, my face had been so dehydrated I don't know what happened to my skin type on my face. My cheek & jaw area had turned severely​ dry and was peeling (so gross I know but I really have no shame to tell it like it really was at this point). I lost hope in all the researching and attempts to fix it myself. I tried a few products over the months (Aqua balm, Korres) from Sephora but it never worked or stuck with me. She assessed my skin type through the form I filled and visually. She truly wanted to help me achieve the results I wanted. She gave me the impression of wanting the best for me as her client & didn't want me to leave feeling like, "What did you do to my face!?!" Denise was very patient to get to know my skin type by looking at my face closely, finding out what products I currently used, and by all the information I provided, she was able to do what was best for my skin. It's important to understand that everyone's skin is different therefore everyone's skin may react differently compared to others despite having the same type.
