She also did not do it how I wanted and her response was "I'm sorry, I can do it on the follow up". I was so annoyed of the lack of confidence and that my face was now already done that I just paid like a dummy, just to get out of there! I am not even going back for the follow up. I now have to have someone else redo her work. Someone saw what she did on me and said it looked bad, like she had used cheap, or bad ink and that her work was not even. I felt embarrassed. I have texted her, called, left vmails and she doesn't respond until maybe 2 days later. After I complained her text response was "follow the instructions" as if I hadn't already and she told me to just "fill in the blank spots with a pencil. I got no phone call, no hello, or any sympathy for my concerns when she finally responded either. Any business u go with, u should be able to get in contact with them and or hear back from them within 24 hrs, she does not!! I have requested my full money back, or even partial and I'm waiting for a response, b4 I take legal actions. This is my face were talking about. I have pics to show as well how it looks from day 3 to now. It's up to u if u wanna throw away ur money, for a complimentary touch up...that's what got me and now look at me...out of $350, jacked up eyebrows and have to get them redone elsewhere....paying again. I was told I would have to pay a fee to reschedule/cancel or they could get done what they could in the time I had left for my appt. That they had to stick to the schedule. I was frustrated but understood. Fast forward...I got a gift card for my birthday so I decided to give it another whirl and be on time. I was juggling a tight schedule. I took an hour of PTO to make it all work. I even called ahead and told them that I scheduled a pedicure and facial. I was reassured about the schedule and how long each service took. I was nervous that something would happen and that I wouldn't be able to get everyone where they needed to be. I needed 30 min between appts and they found a way to make it work. They told me they stick to their schedule and I believed them due to the last appointment. I still had a 10 min buffer just in case. I was really surprised when I arrived to my appointment. I got there a few minutes early. When my appt was supposed to start the nail tech came out and over explained that the appt before me decided they wanted to upgrade their service so she was running behind. Then she went up to the counter and talked to them about all the upgrades. I asked on her way back how long it would be delayed. She said another 5 min. She came back out saying that the lady wanted to add on nail art and it would be longer. I guess I am supposed to wait for that too. Then she went up and asked if I was the last appt of the day and I wasn't. She complained that she needed a break. She probably would've been done on time if she worked and didn't keep coming out to talk. I told the lady at the front desk that I may need to reschedule that I told them I was running a tight schedule. I went outside to see if I could find my kid a ride to make it work. When I came back in I didn't even get a word out and the receptionist said they would just reschedule my appt at no charge after I just did all that to arrange a different ride for my son. Didn't even ask if that's what I wanted but at that point it was probably for the best because I don't think the lady was even close to being finished. They didn't seem to really care about my appointment or what I had going on. Crazy that I am 10 min late and my service gets cut short and they are running atleast 20 min behind because someone wants to add on nail art and I don't even get an apology! If you are going to enforce the rules it should be for everyone including your staff. I had 2 services booked. I had to juggle things to make it all work and then re juggle them all when I got there. My time and appointments matter just as much as the next person. I wasted a whole evening and used my PTO and then was told the next appointment was over a week out. I wish I didn't have to go back but I have a gift certificate to use :(

They used a pedicure bowl instead of having a foot tub like other places I had been. The ambiance was definitely lacking and not the relaxing experience I had hoped for. The lady that did my pedicure was rough on my feet. When she as using the sugar scrub and some of the other products I could see my feet turning red. My friend seemed to enjoy her pedicure more than I did so it might have just been my luck. Overall I would say try somewhere else. There are better options in the area.
