I was told I would have to pay a fee to reschedule/cancel or they could get done what they could in the time I had left for my appt. That they had to stick to the schedule. I was frustrated but understood. Fast forward...I got a gift card for my birthday so I decided to give it another whirl and be on time. I was juggling a tight schedule. I took an hour of PTO to make it all work. I even called ahead and told them that I scheduled a pedicure and facial. I was reassured about the schedule and how long each service took. I was nervous that something would happen and that I wouldn't be able to get everyone where they needed to be. I needed 30 min between appts and they found a way to make it work. They told me they stick to their schedule and I believed them due to the last appointment. I still had a 10 min buffer just in case. I was really surprised when I arrived to my appointment. I got there a few minutes early. When my appt was supposed to start the nail tech came out and over explained that the appt before me decided they wanted to upgrade their service so she was running behind. Then she went up to the counter and talked to them about all the upgrades. I asked on her way back how long it would be delayed. She said another 5 min. She came back out saying that the lady wanted to add on nail art and it would be longer. I guess I am supposed to wait for that too. Then she went up and asked if I was the last appt of the day and I wasn't. She complained that she needed a break. She probably would've been done on time if she worked and didn't keep coming out to talk. I told the lady at the front desk that I may need to reschedule that I told them I was running a tight schedule. I went outside to see if I could find my kid a ride to make it work. When I came back in I didn't even get a word out and the receptionist said they would just reschedule my appt at no charge after I just did all that to arrange a different ride for my son. Didn't even ask if that's what I wanted but at that point it was probably for the best because I don't think the lady was even close to being finished. They didn't seem to really care about my appointment or what I had going on. Crazy that I am 10 min late and my service gets cut short and they are running atleast 20 min behind because someone wants to add on nail art and I don't even get an apology! If you are going to enforce the rules it should be for everyone including your staff. I had 2 services booked. I had to juggle things to make it all work and then re juggle them all when I got there. My time and appointments matter just as much as the next person. I wasted a whole evening and used my PTO and then was told the next appointment was over a week out. I wish I didn't have to go back but I have a gift certificate to use :(

They did turn it up a bit but i dono, something wasnt so cozy. David did a great job on my massage. I was kind of bummed because of the lack of smell and i aslo didnt get any warm towels like i did at another place the week before however it was 10 bucks cheaper so there is that too. I was extreamly stuffy when i headed out. Didnt care for that much as thats what i was trying yo get away from. The other place offered be a bottle wattered where here i got a cup of water. She told me about all of the people she knows that had bad reactions to vaccines. I was really uncomfortable. I could've asked her to talk about something else but I felt very vulnerable. I did try to steer the conversation away from vaccines, but she kept coming back to them. The massage was good but I can do without the anti-VAX conversation. There are literally 1 million other things you can talk to somebody about while giving them a massage.

She tried to say I waited to long when I was only in there 5 days prior. I was so embarrassed. They tried to charge me$ 10 to repair it. I Paid 65 for the fill. Then 2 days after this another nail came off. I rarely ever give reviews however in this case I really want to warn people about the very bad service I was given and prevent anyone else having to experience it. She kinda giggled and was like well if you want me to fix anything you can come back. After we left, he got in the car, trying not to cry, and said he hated it and it wasn't anything he asked for. I tried to say to give it some time and see if it grew on him. 2 days later he was still very depressed and wouldn't leave the house because he was embarrassed of his haircut. I took him to another barber who said "I don't even know what she was doing because it not even or blended anywhere." I would suggest staying away from this barber unless you'd like to pay twice for a haircut.
