Today I had a manicure, pedicure and facial. The manicure was very nice and it was a very friendly experience. The pedicure was phenomenal and the best I've ever had! The facial was by far the worst I ever had. It ended up being a head, shoulder and arm massage with different locations I asked her about steam, extractions and exfoliation and she said she don't have steam or a tool for extractions She was very young and very weak and should not be doing massages. She was sweet and kind so I didn't walk out on her like I should have. To top it off it was upstairs in a Hot Room so very uncomfortable. We stayed at the resort for two days. We didn't get a chance to utilize the full spa services but did enjoy the property amenities. This place exceeds all expectations. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Room decor, property landscaping, fire pits, hot pools, ambient music on the property, lighting, staff quality - all top notch. I was coming on a regular basis but after the last couple appointments I am over it! The last time I went I was running 10 min late. I was told I would have to pay a fee to reschedule/cancel or they could get done what they could in the time I had left for my appt. That they had to stick to the schedule. I was frustrated but understood. Fast forward...I got a gift card for my birthday so I decided to give it another whirl and be on time. I was juggling a tight schedule. I took an hour of PTO to make it all work. I even called ahead and told them that I scheduled a pedicure and facial. I was reassured about the schedule and how long each service took. I was nervous that something would happen and that I wouldn't be able to get everyone where they needed to be. I needed 30 min between appts and they found a way to make it work. They told me they stick to their schedule and I believed them due to the last appointment. I still had a 10 min buffer just in case. I was really surprised when I arrived to my appointment. I got there a few minutes early. When my appt was supposed to start the nail tech came out and over explained that the appt before me decided they wanted to upgrade their service so she was running behind. Then she went up to the counter and talked to them about all the upgrades. I asked on her way back how long it would be delayed. She said another 5 min. She came back out saying that the lady wanted to add on nail art and it would be longer. I guess I am supposed to wait for that too. Then she went up and asked if I was the last appt of the day and I wasn't. She complained that she needed a break. She probably would've been done on time if she worked and didn't keep coming out to talk. I told the lady at the front desk that I may need to reschedule that I told them I was running a tight schedule. I went outside to see if I could find my kid a ride to make it work. When I came back in I didn't even get a word out and the receptionist said they would just reschedule my appt at no charge after I just did all that to arrange a different ride for my son. Didn't even ask if that's what I wanted but at that point it was probably for the best because I don't think the lady was even close to being finished. They didn't seem to really care about my appointment or what I had going on. Crazy that I am 10 min late and my service gets cut short and they are running atleast 20 min behind because someone wants to add on nail art and I don't even get an apology! If you are going to enforce the rules it should be for everyone including your staff. I had 2 services booked. I had to juggle things to make it all work and then re juggle them all when I got there. My time and appointments matter just as much as the next person. I wasted a whole evening and used my PTO and then was told the next appointment was over a week out. I wish I didn't have to go back but I have a gift certificate to use :( read more

Beautiful facility. My friend and I used their hot pools for an evening. It was great until we were locked out of the facility because staff had gone home, leaving us without shoes, clothes, keys, or my phone. Being stuck outside in the winter without my things was quite disappointing. I retrieved my things the next morning, along with reimbursement for my visit but I'm not sure that made up for the experience . read more

Sierra did an amazing job with my massage. Definitely recommend booking with her as she's very skilled and able to really work out the knots. Also very professional. The pools were beautiful. Zero Stars if I could. Extremely off-putting experience. My regular massage and nail technician who I visit every two weeks unfortunately closed down her business and moved away. So I am in search of a new Spa to be pampered biweekly. Called this morning, and after the phone rang for an extended amount of time, a girl named TORI finally answered with a clipped cold greeting. I responded with my usual happy "hi, thank you for coming on the line, how are you doing this morning?" And her immediate response was "um, this is a business." Dripping in annoyance and rudeness..... like yes? I understand that this is a business. That's why I called you? Trying to book an appointment for services? Obviously I didn't say any of that because I was raised with manners. So I clarified that I knew who I was calling. And her response was Unapologetic and disinterested. I let it go, I Inquired about possibly bringing my girlfriends in for a hot rock spa pedicure tomorrow and she said they are all booked up. Perfectly understandable. I don't normally call last minute. But it was hard to align schedules with my friends. Learned that I need to probably book a week or two in advance. No problemo. I was also going to inquire about availability for a massage this week, but I had such an off-putting feeling in my stomach that I didn't even bother asking because honestly, now I don't want to step inside this negative/ hostile energy Spa.... especially if this is the type of people that you have working there representing you. A note to the owner or manager...your employee TORI needs to be in the back wiping down dirty massage tables or doing spa towel laundry. Keep her away from paying customers with her terrible customer service and bad attitude. It doesn't matter if she's not normally like this or having a bad day or whatever. It cannot bleed into a customer's experience. That's just not acceptable under any circumstance. Ever. Extremely disappointing. Not only will I take my money elsewhere, but I will also make sure that all of my friends and family are aware to not waste their money at this "business". read more

There's no reviews for eyelashes on here, so that should have been my first sign, very overpriced for the quality... I have long natural eyelashes, I did a lash lift and tint, the tint is good but they don't look lifted at all.. for $75 you think you'd be able to tell the difference but they only look darker. The girl who did them was so sweet and great to talk to but definitely wasted my money on the lift, so that sucks. If you're gonna get your lashes done here, just get a tint and stick to your eyelash curler !! read more

I came on recommendation from a friend to get a Brazilian wax. Was a little unhappy going in since no one was wearing a face mask, not even the staff, but I didn't want to pay the cancellation fee. While I was getting waxed, the wax was too hot but I thought I was just senstive because it had been some time since I had been in. Turns out I now have burns from the wax is places that are very, very sensitive. Would not recommend, and I'll be advising my friend to look for a different waxing place too. read more

Solid massage in a very relaxing environment. I needed to kill a couple of hours and was in need of a massage I called a couple of places and they said they didn't allow walk-ins. I called here and they were very nice and said they could squeeze me in. $70 for 80 minutes. Building- 4/5 Very clean, smelled good and they had the relaxing music playing. The massage room had dim lighting and was also very clean. Of course there was relaxing music playing in the room as well. Massage- 4/5 Great massage, the masseuse took her time and used the perfect amount of pressure to work out some knots in my neck and relax my stiff back. She made sure to ask about the pressure being ok and if there were any spots she needed to concentrate on. At the end I got the obligatory bottled water and then they have a little lounge area with dried fruit and snacks. Overall she did a fantastic job. Best massage I've had outside of Vegas, but then again I didn't have to pay $300 for 80 minutes. CONCLUSION: I will definitely be back, probably much more frequently once I actually live in Idaho Falls. There are a lot of choices in IF, I recommend you try this place out.
