I don't usually leave reviews but after the way we have been treated by front desk staff because Brailly, makes decisions based off of emotion and feelings, rather than out of professionalism is actually crazy. My wife called to schedule me for a massage, Brailly was rude and snarky from the beginning of the conversation and told us our credits expired. Promised a phone call back from the manager Rachel, that never happened. Instead we randomly received a text that appears to be from Brailly, not the manager, banning us from ALL Massage Envy locations. In the message we were told that we have several notes in our account that we are abusive and combative to staff..... which is interesting because Brailly always used to text my wife and I, practically begging us to come in for different services. If I had a client that was abusive and combative, I wouldn't be messaging them trying to get them to come in, and I would have cancelled their membership a long time ago. Don't recommend doing business here. read more

I am a regular customer of Massage Envy and have been for many years. I am very happy with their service. I am very pleased with my excellent massage therapist. I would like to express appreciation for the excellent service from the front desk, especially Rachel Charles. She is such a bright spot and has such positive energy and always greats us with a smile. She is efficient, kind, pleasant professional and helpful. Since she has been back we have never had any problems at all with our appointments. She always tries her best to help everyone. She is amazing! Tried to make appointment same day for Sunday but was booked when I called. I was graciously offered to be placed in call list. Great front desk staff and therapists providing a wide range of services - massage to skincare.

In my opinion you will be making a huge mistake in becoming a member here. The management of this location is not helpful. Although the massage therapists do a good job, the problem is you can never get an appointment in a timely fashion. I made the terrible mistake of becoming a member here with the idea of getting a 1-4 massages a month. It was sold to me that this would be easily doable. Unfortunately, EVERY single time I have called, they have had no slots available. I have called 4 times in the last month and on each occasion they said they could not get me in for 2-3 weeks. I was told that the membership was kind of like a gym membership. It is not. At a gym you can go whenever the facility is open. At Massage Envy in Ammon, you can never get an appointment for a massage unless it weeks to months in advance. So unless you know for sure you are going to have back pain next, month on a Tuesday at 10 am for example, the membership is worthless. I tried to speak to the management about this and asked to get a call back. They never returned my call. Nor would they refund my unused and worthless membership fee. This has been a huge disappointment and I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are other better options in the area. read more

I have had quite a few massages here and every single one is always superb. The front desk staff are kind, knowledgable, and professional. I can always get an appointment when I need one. Though I have seen multiple therapists, my favorite is Tiff. She can always pin point exactly where my body needs the most care and attention. I always come out feeling like a new person. She's just great!! Highly recommend doing 90 minutes- trust me, it's worth every second and you'll wish you had even more time! I never thought I was the kind of person who needed a massage regularly, but now I definitely do! I can feel the difference and never want to go back. This place is AWESOME. read more

I was in town visiting for several weeks. I was doing a lot of difficult physical and emotional work so I wanted pampering. Boy, did Massage Envy deliver! I had 2 facials and about a dozen massages. With all the different therapists, I am impressed that they all delivered excellent service and care. They each have their own style and I really enjoyed the variety of techniques and personalities. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. They knew my name quickly and always greeted me. The best advice I can give is to ask for what you want. When scheduling, ask for a therapist who uses the pressure you prefer. In session, don't be shy to ask for more or less pressure. Also say if you just want to relax, or really want some knots worked out. You can be talkative or have a snooze. It's your session, ask for what you want. Enjoy, you deserve it! read more

I can't say enough good things about this place! They always have a friendly greeting and always ask if they can get me anything to drink. But the real reason I am making this review is Giselle! I won't go to anyone else! She's always professional and even though she knows what I'm going to complain about she asks if there's other areas that need focused on. She does the best deep tissue massage anyone could ask for! She deserves so much more of a tip than I can afford, I'm pretty sure I'd give her a kidney if she needed it! read more

Most of the therapists are good but they have trouble keeping staff and constantly cancel or try to change your appointment time.

I don't think I've ever been treated so rudely in my life. Their customer service is awful. I have had a membership with massage envy for about 20 years. In the later years the business has been bought and sold by a few owners. This specific instance there was a mix up and the therapist had to cancel my massage, something came up. I get it, no problem. I was not contacted by the office, I had to call and check on the massage myself because I had not received any confirmations through text, email or a phone call as I usually do. After speaking to the front desk, the assistant manager and the manager they all pretty much said the same thing. Apparently I called a day too early to check on the massage. It was my fault because apparently even though no one took responsibility and it was no one's fault, except my own, I didn't give them enough time to notify me or to try to get me in with a different massage therapist and I was too difficult to try to text with. The owner gave me the option to call the owner however she said unless I want to discuss price adjustments, the owner would not help. The manager ended up talking over me during the phone conversation and ended up being pretty rude toward the end of the conversation. Nothing was fixed. In the end it was no one responsibility at massage envy, just mine. They had cancelled my apt, did not let me know, they gave all the remaining massage spots to other clients and said they didn't know how to help me. Great job massage envy. Great way to keep your long term customers. There are plenty of other places to get a massage in this town. Do not go to massage envy. Don't waste your time or money. read more

After living away from areas served by Massage Envy, we were ecstatic to find one near our new home. Within two weeks of our move with everything else to do my wife and I both signed up and have had outstanding massages from therapists that are highly trained and excellent practitioners. The front staff at the Ammon location have all been amazing. We look forward to our many future visits. read more

I have been a member here for over a year. Two weeks ago I asked to cancel my membership for financial reasons. The new manager, Meg talked me into freezing my account rather than canceling it. I filled out the form and gave it to the girl behind the counter. I asked for a copy of it and she said that after it was processed Meg would send me a copy electronically. Two weeks have gone by so I called to follow up. Meg was rude, snooty, and completely unpleasant. She said it was handled and no one ever told me I would get a copy. What would be the advantage of lying? I pointed out that she just called me a liar and she got very nasty. No apology just worse. Not worth the hassle. I never had a problem here before but this new manager just ruined it for me. read more

My massage was good. The staff are well trained and pleasant. The reason for less stars? I paid for a 90 minute massage. She ended at 90 minutes from the time of my appointment, not from starting time which was 20-25 minutes later. If I'd paid $20 less, would I have the same exact time actually getting the massage? read more
