Ive been coming here for years and feel like over the last year this place has really gone downhill. This last visit took the cake. First off, my waxer was 10 minutes late, which is hilarious considering they are so 'strict' when it comes to customer tardines. Once she finally got started, she moved at a snails pace. the wax was way too hot and left burn marks on my skin. when I came home I noticed a whole patch by my eyebrows that she completely missed. what a waste of time and money. My first ever MANZILIAN at 42 years old, going to DR to get married and wanted to be fresh all around. I walked in and MEL was pleasantly pleasant! Filled a form out, and she took me to the room. She knew I was nervous and had a couple laughs, she promised I would be fine. She also asked did I want "ALL" the hair removed. I told go for and we can play it by ear if its too bad. This was my first time there and I booked with Melissa. She made me feel so comfortable and was so nice to talk with. This was also my first time having a Brazilian with soft wax, although I was nervous it was going to hurt, it actually didn't hurt any more than hard wax would, maybe even less. She also checked with me throughout the service to make sure I wasn't in too much pain or if the wax was right temperature, I really appreciated that. Will definitely be returning! Just try to arrive earlier than your appointment because parking was a bit of a hassle as they closed a side of the street for outside dining. read more

The waxing is great, best in the area (better than European Wax Center in Garwood and Depasquale Spa in Morris Plains). However, there have been many times (at least 3 and usually on the weekends) when I have made an appointment and they are running behind. Today I had a 1:00 pm appointment and I was not taken into the room until 1:20 pm. It drives me absolutely crazy when I take the time to make an appointment but it cannot be honored. I came in today a Tuesday at 910 am. I was 20 minutes early and it was perfect. I met with Rachel and especially since this was my first Brazilian was she made me feel super comfortable. She did and great job and made it as painless as possible( you still are getting your lady bits wax's so it's never pain free) but I felt great after. I made an appointment here excited to find a new spot for my frequent eyebrow waxing, but was extremely disappointed. I first made my appointment for 5:30pm knowing that I would have ample time to get there after work, they called and said that my appointment time was no longer available and they needed to change it. I agreed to 5:15 although it was going to be tough with traffic. I arrived at approximately 5:20 after struggling to find parking. I called to let them know I was having trouble finding the location and the girl informed me that I would now need to forfeit my already rescheduled appointment. I couldn't wait around an extra 45 minutes as I have to be somewhere. Booking with them was a nightmare and needless to say, I do not recommend this place. read more

Went to this place because it was close to my house and they're one of the few places that actually do manzillians (Brazilians for men). I also had my glutes and back done, as well. The place itself is nice. The colors and decor make the place relaxing and the waxing rooms are nice and clean too. Crystal was the one that did my wax job and it was literally the most fun and positive waxing experience I've ever had. She was super sweet and very easy to talk to, but still professional. I was excited to try this place. Walked in and no one is at the desk. There is a glossy, official sign on the wall telling you to wait ten minutes. If no one comes after 10 minutes(!), then ring the bell. So 10 minutes go by, and I ring the bell. Wait several more minutes and still no one comes out. I could hear people talking in the back. There are plenty of other waxing salons to go. And guess what, they all at least bother to acknowledge people trying to spend their money there. read more

Osha did my wax and she was AMAZING!! Very nice and friendly. I love the décor of the establishment. There was nice distracting wall art and soothing music. The process is very thorough and they make sure to clean you up as they go along. They use soft wax and strips which is not detailed on the website. I drove an hour to get there since the one in the Princeton area hasn't opened yet. Word of advice if you are travelling there by car on a Saturday parking can be a bit difficult. I drove around for 30min to find parking. This was the least painful wax that I have experienced in regards to the after effects of the waxing. It was not too discomforting to walk and move around after and minimal throbbing. I purchased the groupon, but I would say that their pricing outside of the groupon is good. read more

A friend recommended Lunchbox to me and I'm so glad she did. I have been 3 times now - It's a very clean environment and best of all, the waxing does not hurt! I don't know that is possible, but in the past I would take advil (or have a glass of wine) before going to get waxed at other places. That is not necessary - Tajah does a great job. I don't know anyone that likes getting a wax but Tajah is amazing. I'm someone that came from European Wax Center, which I still think is a nice place, but I only go to one person. EWC's service is unfortunately inconsistent. Anyway, my eyebrows are so much better because of Tajah. She's super nice and easy to chat with.
