After they installed the downspout, they even do a touch up paint to the exterior wall so things look perfect. I spoke to Debbie and she was helpful in taking my information to pass on to Andrew. She was unable to answer my question about whether or not the company could do repair work for a damaged fascia. Unfortunately, it has been six days, and I have not received a call back from Andrew or anyone else at L.I. Metal Systems. I have since had two quotes and have hired another contractor to complete my job. I would not recommend contacting this company for work as they have shown no follow-through.

I felt very confident in choosing L I Metal from the start. Estimates were within a couple hundred dollars, but that's not why I chose them. One was just in a rush to leave, brought no samples he just had pictures on his phone and tried to sell us the leaf cover which we didn't need as we have no trees close by. The other parked in my driveway, arrived 20min early (I was out running errands) I know it sounds silly, but that was off putting. Installation was quick. Two installers did the job in a couple of hours. (One story home) I would highly recommend them for your gutter needs.
