First when we walked in, they told my mom to wait and so we did. While we were waiting the two guys that were working there went behind the counter and were just playing around. Laughing, talking and joking with each other while we just stared at them. We waited for around 15 minutes without them coming over to us. They were so unprofessional. And then one of the guys that were playing around noticed we were watching him and he came over and said "I'm working with another customer if you don't mind if I help you too." Uhhh duhh!!! We told them what phone we wanted and he proceeded to say you can only get that phone if you have a prepaid account or a post paid account. We didn't understand what that means and we wanted him to clarify and he just kept repeating the same thing. I told him we have a normal Verizon account and he said "oh okay." And we said we wanted the same phone and he said "you can't get that phone without a prepaid or post paid account." So I just got fed up. He didn't bother helping us with another phone or give us recommendations he just stood there like we knew what he was talking about even though we were confused. So I just said okay mom let's go and we walked out. We went to the Verizon in Southern Maryland on Great Mills Road and the customer service and the vibes there were so much better I ended up getting a phone there myself! So moral of the story, the customer service was atrocious here. I will never come here again!

I called Tony at Platinum. He looked into it and found out alot of things were done wrong. He took the tine to speak to me about options giving ne a max price which he did not go over. He spent several days wrapping our wires that were wired wrong re installing everything properly. Then gave me advice on how to build the perfect system. And steps to take to get it done. When I picked my truck up dat bitch slapped sounded incredibly clear and crisp through every speaker. It was so loud and clear I decided I wanted more bass to go with the vocals. So his recommendation was swapped out the amp i had for the jbl. So I came back a few days later and had that done night and day difference. I will be going back to get more done.
