Well after I got on the road I couldn't seem to pick up a decent signal on it nor could I transmit one. I thought it might be an antenna issue so I purchased a Wilson 2000 still no luck, we'll maybe I need a different mic, purchased a new one, nope still no luck... so I had a friend let me plug in his cobra 29 and everything seemed to work great so I put the cobra 25 back in the box. I work from 2am until 3pm and don't get home until about 4:30 and I'm 30 minutes away from radio Shack. So I waited until I had a Saturday I could get back up there to hopefully get my money back. Well I get up there and the manager told me I've waited too long and wouldn't take it back and gave me the owners number. I called the owner and explained to him how I work long hours and that I was tight on money and would really appreciate the refund. He told me that what I was asking for was unacceptable and that he wouldn't help me out. So now I'm out the $105.99. I under stand store policy, I do but to buy a defected item right out of the box angers me. That was a good chunk of change, and to be told to go pine sand by the owner is just unbelievable. I wouldn't buy a 5 amp fuse from them at this point even if I was broken down in front of there store. I wouldn't recommend going there very poor customer service skills and no compassion. 1 out of 5 stars from me. I hope that Mike King sees this.

It is definitely clean, but after riding in it for one day, I've noticed some areas that they missed. I paid for the platinum package which is $230 for a crossover vehicle. The interior is leather, and with two kids the seats had spills and splashes. While those splashes are gone, my seats do not look conditioned as the package advertises. I'm guessing conditioned means that a conditioning product is applied to leather, but there's no slight shine to it. So I'm unsure if that was done. The e-brake area still has debris under it, a lot of it. So I was a bit disappointed that it was overlooked or forgotten about. The back and sides of my seats still had a little bit of specks on them, which didn't seemed wiped down completely. Windows were clean inside and out, so that was a plus. Tires were shiny and rims were cleaned. Carpets were vacuumed and shampooed. Trunk mat and carpet underneath were cleaned and vacuumed. The main reason why I'm not doing 4 stars is because I called the day before and we agreed on 9 AM the next day. At 9:15 I called and left a message. A couple minutes later I got a text saying they were running behind and that the crew would call me shortly. Not long after that, they called me to let me know they would be there in 30 mins. They got here at 10, technically an hour after what I was expecting, and I would've preferred to have gotten a text or call letting me know they would be late, instead of me waiting 15 mins to call and see what was going on. An hour into the job, they let me know they have to go back and get some equipment they forgot. An hour later, they were back. By 2:30 they were finally done. The men worked hard and did an overall good job. My car wasn't squeaky clean to begin with, and it is definitely cleaner now. But I wish the owner/crew would've notified me about being late sooner, and that they had all the equipment they needed for the job. The pricing seems on par with detailers in the DMV, but for that price, I would've loved a little more attention to detail and getting here on time with everything they need for the job.

I believe your company expected a larger payout for a move-out cleaning, and because I chose the hourly option instead of the significantly higher flat-rate quote, the extended time spent in the bathrooms seemed like a tactic to justify minimal work elsewhere. I paid for four hours of service but received only the bathrooms cleaned, a partially cleaned kitchen, and one room vacuumed. This level of service did not reflect the value or professionalism I expected.

The crews are pretty pet friendly. There have been a couple times when we've gotten calls because one of the fur kids wasn't feeling good and expressed concern. They do a great job cleaning. Do they clean exactly like you do? Probably not, no one cleans the way you do in your home. It's nice to come home to a house that's clean and smells good. They have recently had a management change and they have been great to work with. We've had several surgeries and emergencies this year and they have worked around our schedule.

I followed the troubleshooting corrections but it did not correct the problem. Hours upon hours were spent with the tech support teams. It was so bad I could not even get a call from ATT when the tech called me back after being disconnected during repair attempts. I finally gave them my husbands number for them to call me on. I believe it started after I was prompted to use their Call Protect feature that was designed to eliminate spam calls. They would not confirm, nor deny this. I had 5 lines and was paying nearly $300 a month. I left ATT when I could not get the problem resolved. Their problem costs me a new phone plus 6 months of frustration. Today I called to request a copy of my bill because online is not available since the account is closed. They could not even provide this. I was told to go into a store. What has happened to customer service? I switched to T-Mobile and the service and savings are superior by far. If you have call protect and you discover people are unable to reach you, I recommend you take action to protect your data. It has been a mess and I do not recommend ATT to anyone.
