Having moved here recently from up north, this seems to be a south Texas phenomenon as I've had to do this at the pain clinic as well. Never have we had to do this in Illinois. We get the approval from insurance, they do the procedure, we then pay at that time. Then, I get scheduled at the Portland office and, just an hour and a half before the appt. they call and cancel because they are still waiting on something from my insurance co. They then schedule me a couple of weeks out at the Corpus office which is far more inconvenient. I'm hoping to find another imaging provider in the meantime. I understand needing to earn their living but this is insane and very, very telling into what their priorities are.

My 5 stars go to Erica, the sweet young lady who did my IV and some of the tests, but when it comes…read moreto the policies, they suck, I have insurance and instead of billing them first, they make you pay an "estimate" at front, even when I had already met my deductible, because according to them " they don't know that", so they have to charge you something anyway, and is not $20, or $30, it's over $300.... plain greed, cus they should bill my insurance first, THEN bill me the right amount, so you better save your receipts, so when you get your insurance statement, go back and get your refund, otherwise you'll never see your money, last year I had a biopsy, covered mainly by my insurance, paid over $100, and a month later I received a bill for $1896.00 , I immediately called my insurance about it, they got involved and my bill was dismissed, they were trying to charge me 3 times what I paid for a total hysterectomy with one night hospital stay, how ridiculous is that ?... keep in touch with your insurance people, check your statements real good, otherwise you'll get robbed....I'm definitely talking to my Dr not to send me there again.

My husband had triple bypass surgery and for the past 4 1/2 months, Medical Supervisors, Jenny, Jana, Lynnae and Mario, have helped steer us back to better health! These excellent health care specialists are expert at steadily increasing your physical well being. My husband was covered by our insurance to get through level 2 Cardiac Rehabilitation with heart monitoring. I pay $55 a month for level 3 workouts, vital sign information and expert observation by 4 Medical Supervisors. We recommend this program whole heartedly.

They did not get him up one time to walk and no physical therapy . (even though we asked them to).He was there almost 2 months and died there for a plant the stuck him. ( not poison plant). He was 83 and seems they just threw his life away because of his age? Such uncaring ,incompetence I have never seen. There was no excuse for this to happen. This was last may and June 2026.

It's easy to find, right next to the highway, SPID, with a large sign on the side of the building. I must say, my appointment was at 8am, but they didn't start my MRI until 45 minutes later. Wish I had brought a book to read. There is TV to watch, even during the MRI. If you wear anything metal, they will make you take it off. The MRI wasn't uncomfortable. It wasn't as loud as the tube I usually have to lay in. I recommend this imaging place for upright MRI.

I went on a Saturday around 10am and did not have an appointment. I waited 5-10 minutes and then was called back. Seems like a semi-popular location but they kept a good flow. Phlebotomist was friendly and helped me feel comfortable even though I am embarrassingly dramatic when it comes to getting blood drawn. Took about 10 minutes start to finish and I was in my car headed home.

This guy treated this sinusitus and upper respiratory infection with the right medication this is Monday and I feel so much better. I have yet to find a DR in Corpus that cares about there patient as he does. The receptionist is awesome she helped me to do the paperwork and called to check on me on Monday. Best medical place here I can promise that! Highly recommend!
