Both times that I've called today the receptionist I can't remember their names were extremely rude and have a very aggressive / annoyed tone with me. I was asking questions regarding my insurance. My mother and mother in law have been coming here and this is still a problem. Scheduling is ridiculous. The scheduler was rude and incompetent. The app isn't user friendly. It set a date other than the one selected and when the confirmation arrived, I called the number listed. I spent additional time unsuccessfully attempting to cancel and reschedule. I was on hold with awful music blasting, Eventually, a person who identified as Giselle answered. I provided my name and birthdate and began explaining why I was calling. She interrupted. I tried to continue. She interrupted and demanded my name, which she already had. I repeated it. She snapped that my appointment was scheduled. I acknowledged but explained it wasn't correct. As if arguing, Giselle aggressively continued to interrupted. Finally I realized the scheduler just wanted to get rid of me. I asked for a supervisor. Sarcastically she said she would get one and tell them all about my call, her version of course. She put me on hold. When nobody responded, I disconnected. As if taunting me, Giselle immediately called me and giggled, "I thought you wanted to talk to my supervisor!" I said I did but after she had placed me on another hold, nobody answered. She then claimed that I could only get an appointment through her. I told her I would elect to be a walk-in. I disconnected. This scheduler shows mental health problems. Her behavior is completely out of context for her job. She shouldn't deal with the public. When a patient can't get an appointment set, the business loses-- no patient means no money. read more

You can't walk in a Doctor's order to set up an appointment any more. They've changed their procedures :-( You drop it off and was told they would call to set up appointment. Instead, you get an email a day later to click a link to fill out information. After going through their questions, they give you options for a time and date "ONE" week away!!! They canceled both my appointments because they said my DR office closed. Funny thing is, any DR office can read the results.. Office and phone staff are rude and impatient which equates to poor care quality. I've since started using Radiology & Imaging. You should make the move too. read more

Where to start- everything about this appointment was ridiculous. We were on time, had an appointment (not a walk in) after waiting for an hour was called up to the desk and asked if we could come back the next day as they are very behind. Ridiculous. Appt was set for about a week ahead, not bad. I asked about adding my name on a cancellations list and was told they didn't have one. Which I have been told before but have also been told by 2 people that they could get me in sooner if someone cancelled; and both did call back when the opportunity arose to move my schedule ahead. So I'm not sure why some people can do it and others don't even know about it. I also asked the lady strapping me to the table " an you please tell me when you are in between breaks so I can take a breath". She said "you don't have yo hold your breath". I told her "yes mam, but I have a little anxiety about shallow breathing but cause I'm told not to move. Halfway through I start getting anxious from feeling claustrophobic. It helps if they say "ok we have a 10 sec break to take a breath" so I can feel like i could take a big breath and not feel so anxious. But they chose not to do me that little request. Also, they schedule your appt and then tell everyone to be there 30mins early. I assume it's to register, make sure they have a copy of ID and insurance and check in you in. Also because they are usually running a bit early. Well since I register online and they already have copies of my insurance and ID, all they have to do when I get there is check me in. I get scolded almost every time I come here because I'm not here at the SUGGESTED 30 mins early for them to click on some buttons that basically say "Tina's here". I dont get it. I'm still here early (at least 10-20 mins). On this visit I was on the parking lot by 20mins til my appt. and I hesitated getting out right away because I noticed an elderly woman trying to help her husband get out of the car in a wheelchair. They managed to get it after about 5 mins so I proceeded to go in. I came up to them at the door struggled with it so I hopped around from the back and opened the door for the gentlemen to push in his wheelchair then we waited for someone to notice us to check us in. They checked him in then came to me. I have I informed the lady that I registered online and they have a current copy of my ID and insurance card on file. She said "ok, ty, have a seat and we'll call you". When my name was called about 2 mins later, I was told "you need yo be here 30mins early for your MRI appts -"and your appt is in 6 mins". I told her "I apologize but I was technically here in the parking lot for 20mins before appt. And that I helped someone that appeared to be struggling before I came in and let them ho first. Also, I didn't think it would be as urgent for the 30mins since I completed everything online". She replied like she never heard me (or didn't care) "you need to be here 30mins prior to appt". I've never been scolded at a medical office when I'm always here by my appt time and almost early by at least 10 mins or more. read more

Won't answer their phone. I have called 4 times and each time put on hold for OVER 15 minutes. When someone FINALLY answered, I was told " The only thing I can tell you is that we are experiencing a large number of calls." WHAT?!? How is that my problem? Then, I asked to speak to a manager and got a person named Michele. She didn't want to talk to me so she transferred me to another person named Laura and guess what?, I got her answering machine. I had to go for a mammogram yesterday.I am diabetic with one eye and my husband is a diabetic with heart failure.He always helps me with paperwork at medical facilities and takes me to appointments because I can no longer drive.There was a lady at the door who was nasty and overbearing and took both of our temperatures after a series of questions.She then told me to "go wait in the car"because I was "not the patient".I asked if someone could help her with the paperwork who spoke Spanish,and she said yes.The woman at the counter were not much nicer and upset that they had to help with the paperwork.The only person who acted nicely was the lady who actually did the mammogram.She was friendly and helpful. My rating was mainly because of the bad attitude of the people up front. read more

I called to schedule my mammogram and bone density scan. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, a scheduler answered. She took my name and date of birth then told me that she had to put me on hold while she pulled my file. I waited another 8 minutes and she reconnected without saying anything then hung up on me. I waited about an hour and called back. I was only waiting about 10 minutes but the nearest appointment was two months out. I took that appointment but may have to go somewhere else next year. read more

Oddly enough Jeannie I was there again today having an MRI. I called yesterday and the scheduling staff member got me right in. Almost as soon as I sat down in the waiting area,my name was called. Immediately I was taken to the changing rooms. I had to have an IV port inserted but I'm a hard stick. The Nice Phlebotomist conferred with her Co worker and was able to insert it with no pain! I really appreciate that! The MRI tech was such a calming person. I was so nervous because I had a bilateral hip replacements in 2020 and this was my First MRI. THANK YOU once again for caring about you Patients and providing us a portal. read more

I had the unfortunate experience of having to go to Radiology Associates foe follow up testing by my urologist. Strict instructions to drink water and not use the restroom until my testing. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time I still have not been called back. I never had this problem at Radiology and Imaging. I will refuse to return here again. I have kidney issues and holding it causes serious problems for me not to mention the risk of losing my ability to hold it. No consideration. Looks like a cattle pen. read more

I had to have my first biopsy (which thank goodness all turned out well) due to an irregular mammogram and needless to say I was very nervous. I must say that my nurses bedside manner was A++, she explained everything so well, genuinely cared and made me feel so at ease during the entire procedure and even caressed my arm through the entire procedure, hats off to Linda. read more

Every staff member was so wonderful! The front was busy but check in was smooth. A small wait, but to be expected. I went in for a diagnostic mammogram and biopsy, and the nurse and Dr talked me through every step. Kept me calm, and reassured me. Called with results the next day and again reassured me if I had any questions to call at any time. read more

I recently used Radiology Associates for my annual mammogram and they were A+ in all areas. I had left the office I had used in the past because they were unable to accommodate my disability which makes it impossible to stand in one place without support. Radiology Associates worked around this and completed the procedure with me feeling safe the entire time. From the time I made the appointment everyone there answered all my questions and explained everything carefully to me. When I walked in for the appointment the staff was helpful and kind, to me as well as all the other patients. I thank them all and will continue to go there in the future. read more

Their computer system was down so as soon as I walked thru the door I was immediately told I couldn't be seen when I told them I had a scheduled appointment they backed off and said oh ok you can come in then, a nice girl checked me in on her phone and I was directed to a waiting area. my arrival time was 1:40 and I got there around 1:45 due to coming in from out of town and traffic, not long after sitting everyone in lobby was given the choice to wait for possible the internet to come back on or restore, only one person choose to reschedule most of us were from out of town , the lady did her best but also she seemed to not know anything as far as if we could still be seen and have our tests done without internet,maybe 30 minutes later we were informed the system was back up. I waited another hour and fifteen minutes maybe and kept seeing ppl getting called back that had arrived after me, I figured maybe they were getting something different done so I continued to wait then a patient that arrived after me and was getting the same test done as I was was called to the front desk and told that she would have to be rescheduled since there was no tech there to do her ultrasound. the patient was kind enough to let me know so I went up to the desk where I was informed I had to reschedule because there was no one there to perform my test. I understand things happen and I'm not so much upset about the system failure but what i cannot understand is why I was scheduled in the first place if there was no one there to perform my ultrasound and why I was not informed of this until after waiting almost 2 hours ! all I can think is the tech was there and left since there was no internet . I'm anxious enough having found a lump in my breast and driving in from. out of town taking time off work that was wasted since I had to resche the appointment and then had to go up front to inquire what was going on since I wasn't called up. There was no regard and just told yeah sorry can't happen today . :( read more

This about the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Evidently they do not keep records of patients. I have been here 3 times in the past two weeks due to their negligence in record keeping. I even went on line for pre registration which was a total waste of time as when I checked in I had to do it all over again. Why in this day and age you do not use a simple retina or finger print scan. Oh but that would be too simple and efficient. I would never recommend them at any of there locations. A patient does not need the total frustration they provide. read more

Had to have a CT Scan done here and soon as you walk into this futuristic building from the future someone greets you and assists you with whatever you need. Helps you fill out paperwork, sits you down and helps you out. The nurses and Radiology Techs were professional funny and made the process go smooth. The only downside was having to drink a gallon of some kool-aid alcohol tasting nastyness so your insides would glow under the scan (wow that stuff was bad) but professional place. read more

So disappointed that Radiology Associates were not practicing safe procedures during this COVID outbreak. This was the Spohn Dr. location. They did have one entrance with a person there to give you hand sanitizer and ask questions. No temperature was taken. The front desk did not have people wait in lines at least 3 feet apart but was crowded. You were not asked to wait in the car to be called (as my appointment email suggested as new rules) but left to fend for yourself and find a spot to wait anywhere. The staff did wear masks, no gloves. I saw a couple of masks pulled down to the chin which defeats the purpose. I have used this facility several times previously and staff is always pleasant. Unfortunately, during this time, they are not taking enough precautions. read more

I was scheduled to be there today for an MRI and was told on the phone to be there at 2:40 no later and when 3:50 rolls around I ask how much longer I'm told could be another 30 minutes or longer!! Give people a heads up if your running behind or down to 1 machine a little common courtesy goes along way instead of having me raise my voice and finally get my MRI at 4:30 . I can't even give this location a rating because the only one who apologized was the person administering the exam!! read more

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for an ultrasound on my breasts and they set me up for a mammogram and an ultrasound. The mammogram was presented to me as a 100% covered expense so I agreed to it. My doctor did not request the mammogram, only an ultrasound but I figured since I would not have to pay extra for it that it couldn't hurt. I paid my portion of the ultrasound and went on my way. Months later I get a bill from them for the mammogram saying that it was a diagnostic mammogram so it was not 100% covered and I needed to pay the balance. How was it diagnostic if my doctor did not request it? It should have been a preventative mammogram. Radiology Associates explained that they only do what the doctor orders and based on the conversation I had with my doctor he told me that he was not going to order it. I called my doctor immediately after i got off the phone with Radiology Associates & the nurse said that they will sometimes request another service from the doctor and that this may have been what happened. I feel like they tricked me into getting the mammogram just so that they could charge me more. I feel bamboozled and do not recommend this place to anyone. Steer clear! read more

The location that we went to needs lots of improvement on customer service and professionalism. Starting with the front desk (which is the first impression to any business) to the techs. I had a family member that went there and had a horrible experience. The staff need to remember that the people that go there have some kind of pain (extreme pain). Please offer your assistant to help patients with directions on where to go and offer you hand to help sit down, stand up, etc. It ends with the techs that's leaves a lasting impression. Maybe with great customer service and being more professional the company will bring in more profits so they can afford to get an open MRI and/or up to date equipment at all site (like what the front staff was saying). read more

The doctors here are excellent. However the support staff needs to communicate better with the person 3 feet away from them. Their lack of communication had my wife wait for over two hours as she needed a second film shot. If they chatted less amongst themselves and just chatting up people in general, they might up the front desk professionalism a bit. read more

I arrived a little early, the front desk associate was very friendly and prompt. After checking in, I sat down and was shortly greeted and given a tablet to complete paperwork. Upon returning the tablet to the front desk, the woman remembered my name and thanked me. A few moments later I was brought into the back for my x-rays, the three gentlemen I encountered were very kind, very informative and communicated everything very clearly.
