The crew at this store was very tech-E, it was computer geek heaven in here, way cool. I got my contacts moved with no drama. Check this, I bought a new cover for my new phone, later decided it was not right for me, they refunded me with no problem-o! So, I'm a happy camper! Added bonus... the huge photo of their spokesperson, Lily at the counter, she's beautiful.

I only left with one phone but on my first bill AT&T billed me full price of a phone on one number and then an installment plan on the 2nd number. But I only had one phone. I called AT&T 3 times to straighten this out. The customer service was terrible. Long story short nothing changed. I went back to the store where I bought the phone. The manager, Renee Maddox, remembered the incident and helped me over several weeks to finally get the refund for 1 one phone. A big thank you to Renee Maddox the store manager for helping me sort out an overcharge problem with corporate, if not for her I would still be trying to get my money back.

I also had no choice because they were the only service that had strong enough internet for my family. AT&T got fiber network in my area and now I wanted to disconnect service this became an issue quickly and only got worse. I spent 30 minutes on the phone and still didn't get a disconnect. They want to keep going with trying to get me to stay. Including charging me for a month in advance because that's how they bill. I will never use them again, the company is going to find them self useless with more options for internet an tv available they become less and less necessary. To stay in business they need to win with customer service and they suck at that.

That being said, if you decide to take advantage at the Spectrum plan right now, which is really wonderful for "three years "you get hundreds of channels plus movie channels. We also put our phones on there. But make sure you ask about the buyout! I didn't and now I have to pay for our phones, were under contract (didn't know,with Verizon) If you switch over say I want the buyout of my contract! That's why I took away a star. They didn't ask me and I didn't know it,so now you know it make sure you say it. ;/
