I was walking through the middle of the store and two employees were modifying some of the aisle shelving. I quietly interrupted them to ask directions to this particular item in the store. One of the employees, "Auburn" said he would be happy to take me to the exact aisle. He stopped what he was doing and walked to the rear of the store and showed me the correct aisle. He level of service was outstanding. It exceeded my expectations. If he doesn't have what I was looking for he would always order it for me and in a few days I'd have it. Everything is reasonable priced and the staff is friendly. There isn't much more I could ask for a Comic shop. The store is not very big, but given the rent in Knoxville I am not surprised. They are pretty much just comics though, so if you are looking for other things they probably don't have it. Manga and Comics, they have that and if they don't they'll order it for you.
