Finally after a month of this and them saying they need to order more parts and they don't know when it will be done i got frustrated and the boy told me "the phone is completely destroyed" well you should've said that from the first time the technician looked at it if he knew it would take more than a month to fix it. So he tells me that i could come pick up the phone and he would have it ready the next day. When we went to pick it up it wasn't even IN THEIR STORE! SO unreliable and not helpful whatsoever if the communication was better we wouldn't be as upset!! The customer service is what we are angry about !!

All this was done in a very timely manner (less than an hour with another repair ahead of mine) and the total charge was only the price of the battery. If you need it they will sell it and install it for you but if what you think you need is not right, they will also say so. You can't beat the combination of knowledge and honesty that this shop has! You can also count on them for CB's and marine-oriented entertainment electronics. It's not their major line of business but for those of you who use CB's or want a boat set up with an audio system meant for marine use, be sure to come by and see their offerings. I have dealt with this shop for over 20 years and give them a BIG thumbs up! They're also nice guys to boot :-)
