That time I didn't have a part number with me so I just smiled as the salesman told me "we don't have that" then went and found it myself. He seemed unimpressed when I took my purchase to the register. This store would be infinitely better if they would build a jail cell style cage around the register area and lock the salespeople in there for the duration of their shift. That way I could browse around to find what I need without them harassing me with their ignorance. Another guy was busily trying to access information from... somewhere, so he insisted his customer was impatiently waiting for an answer. Problem... he didn't have a customer. While we were here at Sprint one of the workers went over to US Cellular to talk to them and they told the Sprint worker that I'm being classified as a fraud and that they should watch out for me. Needless to say, I'm having my mother in law deactivate her accounts with them and we will no longer ever be in business with them again!!
