This was a last minimum find after HIE dropped the ball. 2 minutes from the airport. Very clean and spacious rooms. Initially they booked me on the bottom floor but I always request high floors at hotels, especially in the desert southwest where scorpions can be an issue. I have noticed that high floors and arctic cool rooms carry a smaller probability of scorpions nesting in your hotel room, waiting for you to go to sleep so they can feast on your flesh. I love that these rooms have wood floors too, no residual visible DNA from previous guests. The shower heads are high, so even a 6'5" person can shower without having to bow. Pleasant staff, especially the maid staff, and Ray and Victoria at the front desk. And apparently Juarez, a few miles away and across the border, is not as dangerous as it used to be. We stayed here on the final leg of our trip! The holiday was very pretty, located less than 10 from the rental car area, but they also offered shuttles to the airport! They had 2 pools, an indoor and outdoor, heated. We used both! Both also had hot tubs. The room was spacious, nice bathroom. Located by good as well. Additional renovations are currently ongoing (and out of sight-well done). Restaurant and bar on site with good food and beverages (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Service was exceptional!! Peaceful and tranquil grounds. Great room amenities. Love the new flooring (no more carpet)!! The only con and loss of one star is due to the loud A/C unit in our room. We had a hard time sleeping but needed it on because, well, it's the southwest in early summer. A/C worked well, it was just loud. Will definitely stay here again. Hopefully, they will reno the A/C units. read more

We stayed here during our travels to rest from driving. This was an unexpectedly nice place on many levels. The breakfast of an El Paso scramble with chorizo was delicious. The service was great. The hotel itself was clean. The room service was prompt. And the bathroom was AMAZING. WHAT A HUGE TUB. We were in the "fancy" rooms on the top floor but for $150 is was a great find. And, the rooms have a fire place. It worked great and made the room warmer....it's fire after all. One critique is that the bar tender needed help. Not because he was slow, but he was serving the bar, the dining room, taking room service orders, AND delivering room service. He needs at least a helper or double the pay. He was moving so fast he blurred out at times. Help him Obi Radisson, before it is too late. You will miss him. read more

Stayed here for work. Nothing special, as the hotel is older and right next to the airport. The staff is very friendly and is appreciative to have your business. The bar is worth a stop. Good beers on draft and the green Chile chicken enchiladas are good. They make their sauce daily and it's worth a try! read more

Before you read this please look at my pictures and videos. Also please look at my reviews, I never write a bad reviews. Background, I visit El Paso 3-4 times a year for business and to visit friends. I stay at Hilton brand hotels 90% of the time ( I'm a Hilton Rewards Diamond member) and stay at Hyatt/Marriott the other 10%. The only time I deviate from that is the Radisson Airport in El Paso. I stopped staying there a couple of years ago because I felt like they were going down in quality. However, I saw their website they were advertising new, renovated rooms. Great! I booked a 3 day trip and prepaid. I dropped my daughter off at college in Oregon and drove nonstop (26 hours straight) to El Paso on my way back to central Texas. I arrived way earlier than expected at 7am and incredibly tired. I went up to the young lady working and said that I know it's a shot in the dark but could I possibly check in early, I was willing to pay an early check in fee. She said no, that I can check in at 11am and only for a $40 fee, didn't check my reservation or contact a manager. Okay, I understand that must be the policy. I say that's fine I will grab some breakfast and sit by the pool. She says I'm sorry, but the pool is going through maintenance for a FEW days until Sunday. So grab my 3 big pieces of luggage, my ice chest and some groceries I bought for myself and sat down like a transient in the lobby. I am falling asleep and walk back up after a couple of hours and offer to pay the $40 fee OR the full price to get in a room just so I can get my prepaid room. She says let me talk to my manager and I will let you know. I watched her for 30 minutes, no one came and she never picked up the phone. She called me over and said she spoke to her manager and I couldn't check in until 11am. I politely said can I please talk to the manager? Awkward silence....ummmm, she's in a meeting. Okay can you let her know I want to talk to her? Of course she says. After another hour I say I'm willing to pay for a full night if I can get in a room. She says, my manager will agree with me that you can't check in until 11am. At 11am I bite the bullet and pay the extra $40 even though the hotel is a ghost town. I finally get to my "new" room and it is dark, grimy and dirty. The AC cover is falling off, there's a huge rip in the sheets, and I have a beautiful view of a trash storage unit. I am so tired that I put my stuff down and lay on the bed to finally get some sleep. No joke, 10 minutes into me falling asleep the smoke alarm starts to go off. This happened every few minutes for the next 2 hours. Obviously. I can't sleep so I go take a shower and when I try and flush the toilet it doesn't work. I go back to the front desk and for the 3rd time I ask politely if I can speak to the manager. Another awkward silence and was told she's busy. I ask if she can contact me and she says of course. After waiting another couple of hours I go to the front desk and ask again, I'm told she's unavailable, but here's her card. I'm now 2 days into my stay and have yet to hear from anyone in charge. I was put in one of their newly renovated rooms during my last stay. It was very modern, clean and still well appointed with all the amenities you might need. The rooms have a sleek mini fridge as well as a microwave. There was also a couch with a table in the room. The only thing the room seemed to be missing was a full length mirror, but otherwise it was very nice. The front desk staff is great and very friendly. If you book a certain rate, you get a free breakfast burrito in the morning. The salsa that comes with it is amazing! read more

So, they remodeled the hotel and don't have any dressers. I was told by the staff that I can put my clothes on the table by the couch. Anybody want to visit and see how I fold my boxers? The previous occupant dumped their make up on the sink, staining it. The cleaning staff left the cleaning rag behind. So, what exactly does it take to become a manager with this hotel? Be aware if you are traveling with a firearm to protect yourself or your family, there is a sign in the lobby in English and Spanish stating it is a FELONY to bring a firearm onto hotel property. Absolute trash hotel. Very old and dated room. I have four light sources in my room, however only one works. Dirty bathroom with hair and stains on the floor. Tub was clogged and filled up almost instantly. Holes on every lampshade. Shudder at the thought of what else housekeeping forgot to check/clean. The manager should be embarrassed with the level of quality control in this place. read more

We stayed overnight at the El Paso Airport Radisson. We were constantly having to adjust the air conditioner because the thermometer kept registering 80 degrees. It was ridiculously hot! I also was a bit upset that we didn't get breakfast. I'm sure that was policy however we were not aware of it. I guess this is because we booked through Hotels.com. I would think that a hotel of your size would give breakfast to everyone. This isn't a Motel 6. We paid good money for the room. I will never recommend this hotel and we will never stay in any Radisson Hotels in the future. Shame on you what was meant to be a staycation turned into hell because of the airconditoners. I would suggest your staff check these rooms before putting unsuspecting guest in an oven! read more

Perfect hotel to unwind before a flight! It is super convenient to the airport. Whether you are coming or going...relaxation isn't far away. We actually stayed here before our flight and after two weeks of driving and running around...we had nothing to do except unwind and we were more than looking forward to it. This hotel offers an indoor pool with hot tub, an outdoor with hot tub, fitness room, business center, free Wi-Fi (Woot!), etc. There is a bar and restaurant in-house was well. In the lobby area there is a fireplace and a relaxing seating area. You really don't have to go anyplace else once you are here if you want to relax and/or chill out. However, if you do, they offer a complimentary shuttle within a 3 mile radius in addition to a free airport shuttle. Plus, there are restaurants within walking distance as well. The rooms are very relaxing too. We had a two beds and a sofa. It was nice to have the sofa to sit on so we didn't have to use the bed to basically chill out. But on the subject of the beds...they are very comfortable and the pillows are very nice and cozy. In addition, we had a coffee maker and fridge. This hotel chain offers many discounts if you are eligible. They offer discounts to retired military (Huge Thanks Radisson!!!) with proof of ID along with active duty with proof of ID or orders. They also have great Radisson member pricing and AAA member discounts & packages (with proof of course). I would definitely stay here again...and I highly recommend it or any other Radisson! read more

Decided on the Radisson El Paso Airport location for a last minute family visit. 3 night stay was $570.00. Have definitely stayed in better hotels for a whole lot less. Room had a tub that was falling apart (pieces missing, see pic), glass shards on the floor (see pic), thermostat falling off the wall (see pic) stains on blankets (see pic), and some leftover rose petals from a previous guest (see pic). All in all, this hotel would be last on the list for another visit, unless no other choice was available. Definitely not living up to the Radisson standards. read more

Friendly front desk staff, and convenient location. Otherwise, a disappointment. Arrived late, and the room was completely dark, not even a small light on, so I had to feel around blindly for a light switch. "Pool view" is a crock; I only had a view from outside my room, and the window hardly counted as one. Lots of dirty mirrors, one broken (and what's with the giant one that takes up a whole wall? It's weird.) Old moldy sandwich was left in the fridge by a previous guest and not cleared out by housekeeping. Light switches that do nothing. This place needs some serious attention, possibly a new housekeeping staff, and likely some new management that's actually paying attention. read more

My husband and I stayed here 3/16/23 through 3/20/23. Our first disappointment was the front desk staff that failed to give us a copy of the housekeeping rules. We discovered that this service wasn't daily when we returned to the room on the second day to a dirty room. They insisted that a copy of the rules were provided but it was not. We requested daily housekeeping. We returned on the 4th day again to a dirty room. The guy that bought us clean towels told us that some of the staff had quit so that could be why our request was ignored. Also, we read that breakfast was complimentary. This wasn't true which we discovered after we paid $10 for oatmeal. Also, the shower doesn't cater to a whole race of people. The rain shower head does not appeal to people who don't get their face or hair wet in the shower. read more

The rooms were pretty standard. Not brand new, but clean and with the amenities I wanted, including a coffee maker and mini fridge. I didn't use either pool or the fitness room. They also were nothing special, but looked fine. But the stay is a winner based on service. The staff was friendly. The shuttle driver gets you back and forth to the airport super fast, and will also take you anywhere within 3 miles. Then you also get a full breakfast (from the menu to your table including chorizo and egg omelets and such) and happy hour daily. Happy hour is chips, salsa, popcorn, and your first two drinks. (Beer, wine or soda.) And the location is great for the airport. It's the closest hotel not on the airport property. Of course it's not a location for walking around town, but you can take the shuttle to a restaurant and back. read more

Last minute decision coming here on our way home to San Diego. This is a definite must for anyone traveling to or through El Paso. Staff is amazing, rooms are so comfy and the facilities are perfect. I am not sure why this hotel had only 3 stars. My experience was really good! The fro t end staff were polite and helpful. This hotel was full because of the Memorial Day weekend. Thank you all service members! It seems as if some rooms have been remodeled. My first room was not but because of a minor although noisy toilet issue I asked to be moved. They did so and WOW! What a lovely room, spotless and remodeled. Love the muted grays, so relaxing! The bed was SUPER comfy. The pillows were awesome (where can I buy them?) Airport shuttle, close to restaurants and literally a 10 minute walk to airport. OH! And you get a free breakfast burrito at checkout which BTW is made to order. So plan ahead. I didn't get mine because I didn't plan. Next time! If you chose this location, definitely ask for room 210. Perfect! read more

We stayed at the Radisson for two nights while visiting family in El Paso. I will say, up front, that the front desk attendant we dealt with was friendly and facility was clean. Unfortunately for us, however, there doesn't seem to anyone actually managing the hotel. We checked in late (between 11pm and midnight) on Friday after a long day. Check in was smooth and we were in bed almost immediately. Around 5am I was awoken by a timed squeaking noise. After poking my head into the hallway to find the culprit (no luck), I called the front desk and asked that they check on the noise. It took some explaining about how I was sure it wasn't a luggage cart or other guests just passing down the hallway but they agreed to take a look. I received a call back that the dryer in the hallway was the source of the sound and, since it was mid-cycle, they would not turn it off. Okay, fine. It was 5:30am and I was up for the day anyways so I just asked that they have someone address it before Saturday night. I thought it was a reasonable request and the front desk told me maintenance would take care of it when they came in that day. Fast forward to Saturday night. We again get back to our room after 11pm and before midnight, we are awoken by the squeaking dryer. I call the front desk (she remembers me from the morning) and ask about the dryer squeaking. "That's weird. It should have been fixed," was the response I got. Yes, Radisson, it is weird that a noisy dryer that you said you'd address (I don't care if you fix it or just stick an out of order sign on it from 10pm to 6am) was blown off because, I can only assume, there's no accountability around that operation. I mean, what did anyone expect to happen? That it suddenly wouldn't be loud anymore? Or maybe that we'd not be back for a second night and they could tell the next guests, "Well, that's weird. We'll have maintenance look at it tomorrow." We asked to change rooms and got the typical ho-hum, not sure, pretty booked, response. Look, it's almost 1am, I'm only here to sleep at night, we're driving out in seven hours, and I'd just like to get something that resembles rest before then. I'm not trying to backdoor my way into some kind of upgrade for the week. The front desk was finally able to get us another room but, jeez, I book with a major chain like Radisson because these are just the kinds of amateur hour issues I want to avoid. Like I said, the place is clean and the front desk staff is friendly but I don't know what's going on behind the scenes there. So, if you book here, just heed the motto of 'buyer beware'. read more

The hotel is just 2-minutes away from the El Paso Airport and they have shuttle service available to pick you up from the airport and take you within a three-mile radius of the hotel. The shuttle driver, Eddie, was prompt, professional, and super accommodating to all of the trips I needed to make to and from the hotel during the 24-hours I was there. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel also has a happy hour every day from 4 to 6:30 pm where guests get two fee free drinks - Who doesn't love free drinks?! This is my regular place to stay while working in El Paso. Probably on the pricier side of what is available in El Paso but never have had a complaint. Cordial and friendly staff, clean rooms, nice beds, nice little Bar/Restaurant, gym, and indoor and an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Happy Hour is 4:30-6:30 and guests get 2 free glasses of wine or beer. You only get what's available but I like free drinks. Guests get free breakfast vouchers and it's decent. I always get the "Traditionslist" for breakfast and the "Americano" hamburger if I eat dinner here. Gym has towels, treadmills, couple combo machines, dumbbells and bathroom facilities. Unlike most hotel gyms, this one does not smell like mildew from butt sweat. The rooms have single cup brewing coffee machines, mini fridges, comfy beds and lots of options for pillows. If you want to bring DVD's to watch they have DVD players in room or rent one from machine by lobby. The hotel is very close to airport and convenient if just flying in for work. Walk or catch a shuttle to hotel. Seems like conference rooms are always booked for something and appear nice. Overall very comfortable while away from home. read more

Pretty ghastly establishment. This is the kind of hotel where you'd NEVER want your bare feet to touch the carpeting. We had to stay here because everything else under $200 was booked and our company gave us a strict travel budget. I had hope because of the yelp ratings. Not so sure they're real - or that the reviewers live outside of White Castle restaurants. Had I known it would be this rough, I would have shelled out the $ myself. There are signs in the parking lot warning you to lock your car doors and hide your belongings. Yep. Just praying we don't wake with a fungal infection or bed bug bites. We were in Hawaiian embassy suite by Hilton last week and comparing to that hotel, price is fair. Room is clean and there is everything that you may expect for $80/night hotel. However, there are couple of issues that makes me not to come here again. - finding parking spot at night is difficult. - breakfast service is TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, and TERRIBLE. Only 2 waiters for 115 people. It took 1 hr for us to get what we want. Even if you like the environment stay away from this hotel if time is important for you. read more

Stayed here Aug 6th to 12nd. Very clean and king size bed was so comfortable! I was concerned air plane noise because it's right next to airport but i didn't hear any noise from airport but upstairs noise. I ordered room service once but hamburger bread was really cold.... so I don't recommend order room service lol They have 2 swimming pool one is outside other is indoor and refilled towels which is I liked. They have drink bending machine and washer/dryer every floors. They offer happy hour drink when you check-in. So you can enjoy your time drinking at the pool too. Even though I'm convinced I saw a ghost here (feel free to message me for the details), this hotel is a great option for business travelers, families and casual travelers. For starters, the location is amazing. It's literally 200 yards from the airport, but situated in such a way that somehow you don't really hear any noise from the airplanes. Perhaps it's because it's a small airport so there's just not that much traffic? Not sure, but it's never been a problem for me. Because of the close location, the shuttle takes less than 5 minutes to arrive and has always been staffed by a friendly driver, eager to provide recommendations on local hits. The shuttle will also take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius, which includes numerous restaurants, 2 different malls, Target, Costco and Walmart! Rooms are big and well-maintained, each equipped with a flat-screen tv, nice coffee maker and independently controlled thermostat. Most rooms also have a fridge and microwave (you might need to search for it- sometimes it's hidden in a closet). All stays come with a complimentary breakfast which is prepared just for you in their restaurant. You get a choice about about 10 different entrees, which include an awesome omelet and really good steel-cut oatmeal. Coffee, juice and soda are also included with breakfast. The hotel has a daily happy hour for all guests which includes free chips and salsa, popcorn, and 2 complimentary drinks (draft beer, house wine, or soda.) It's a nice perk at the end of the work day. The Radisson has both an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub, both of which are clean and well-working. The 24 hour fitness facility is also a great perk! All the beds are Sleep Number, which contrary to popular belief, I've never found to be that comfortable. No dig on the business, I just don't like the beds. Perhaps you will :) And free wifi. This is the best hotel hands down in TEXAS period!! First night I came Guillermo welcomed me and ask about my trip from San Antonio. This front desk clerk knew where I was coming from, keys, and room prepared. He even asked did I need an accessible room and I told him no. A change was no problem and the room.was immaculate. I am 6'2" and my son is 6'4". We were impressed about the shower,the bathroom, beds were comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. On Sunday, Perla and John were very professional on the night shift. I have no complaints except the Dallas Cowboys fans in the restaraunt...LMBO.. read more

My third stay here in 2 years and time to express my feelings. The staff are great. The facility and its maintenance are horrid. My first room (had to get moved due to lack of water thanks Notre Dame football team) had a toilet that didnt flush, hair dryer not working, and half the lights in the room not working. I then got moved to a "business class room:", bigger but with a poor thermostat. temperature swings didn't allow sleep. by the time, I turned on the TV, there were only 12 stations, half in Spanish and nothing outside of networks. There's a a Marriott next door that will get my business next time. read more

Hotel is very close to the airport; you can see it from the pick-up area. A shuttle came and picked me up. The driver said they had 24hr service and would take you anywhere within 3mi of the hotel but I just used them for the ride to the hotel. There is an Applebees and Cattle Baron restaurant in the same parking lot. Room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't spend much time on the free WiFi but it was usable on my tablet. Free made-to-order breakfast was included but didn't stay to try it. Accommodations were a great value almost as nice as the $200/night hotel I stayed at in Austin the follow night. read more

Convenient, clean, quiet, big rooms, and very close to airport. The staff was excellent, the amenities top notch, and the service was on par with higher end hotels. The gym was one of the best gyms I've ever seen in a hotel. There were indoor and outdoor versions of everything (pools, hot tubs, sitting areas, etc.) so the hotel was great for all seasons. Although not quite a resort, you could do everything you needed to do without leaving the premises. The beds were very comfortable. The building is obviously a bit on the older side and the bathrooms are fairly plain, but everything was clean and the service was great. I brought a large group to this hotel, contracted the rooms, and was very pleased. The manager catered to our needs and I will definitely come back here again, with a group or by myself. The free breakfast (open from 5 AM to 10 AM) was to-order off a menu and the food/service was good. They routinely messed up the orders, but I honestly didn't care when all was said and done. There are large meeting rooms and a large atrium for social events. You can walk to the airport from here. And Applebees and the Cattle Baron (steak restaurant) are in the parking lot. read more
