This place is great! They help with suicide prevention and animal rescue. The owner is super kind and has a good sense of humor. They have breakfast tacos from La Posada (a good Mexican spot across the street). Solid coffee and chai! The menu is HUGE, so there's plenty of variety to keep you coming back Definitely worth a stop!

My friend brought me to her favorite coffee truck today and their menu did not disappoint!! They have such a large selection with different variations that can be included. I like the different syrups, flavors and cold foams that you can alternate between. Staff was also super friendly and patient with our questions and group order.

I've been meaning to stop by for some time after moving a bit more into this area - I pass by it all the time and just never had the opportunity to stop in and give it a try. Happy to say I've rectified that and given this little coffee truck a try! I came by around 9:30/10:00 am the other day and the gentleman at the front who took my order was an absolute delight. Very friendly and thorough in ensuring I knew what my options were and making sure I received a mug for checking-in on Yelp and leaving my feedback, PLUS a coupon for my next drink! There was another person in the back who made my drink (chocolate covered strawberry latte) and they were also very kind and excited for me to give it a try! (Apparently she made the drink recipe and kudos for that - love the concept and the execution!) They carry local food vendors (support local!) and TONS of gluten-free treats which are fresh and restocked every 2 days. As someone with Celiac disease, I love seeing more options I can eat too and ended up going with a Strawberry Fruit Crumble (as I convinced myself it was breakfast-y enough.) The coffee truck is located in the parking lot of a major bowling alley, so there's plenty of space with FREE PARKING, and they've also added a neat little pavilion with seating to hang out. But it's in Texas in the summer, so I took my coffee to-go... because it's too gosh dang hot outside to drink hot coffee in this weather! So, employees? Awesome. Food? Awesome. Drinks? Awesome. Location? The fiery pit of hell that is Texas in the summer, but with free parking! But beyond having a great product and great customer service, they also have a great mission. Radix partners with programs supporting PTSD research and treatment in Texas, in addition to sponsoring the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. As someone for whom both of those mental health issues are extremely personal (proud survivor!), I love supporting companies that want to help others and make a positive impact in the community and in the lives of others. So needless to say, I'll be making a few more pit stops here in the future and look forward to trying new flavors on their menu! They do offer alternative milks, in addition to CBD additives, but soy milk is not on the menu (I'm guessing because it's a fairly common allergy). 12/10, highly recommend.

Came here with a coworker to grab some coffee and I just got an iced sugar free vanilla coffee but it was really good! The coffee itself wasn't bitter and had a good taste to it and didn't have a bad aftertaste which is one of my pet peeves with some coffee shops. My coworker got some specialty drink that had little turtle cookie toppings which looked actually insane and they loved it. The truck is cute and in a bowling alleys parking lot. It did take a few minutes for us to get our coffee but nothing crazy. Would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed this coffee truck. We are a bit of coffee snobs and were visiting the area from Dallas for my nephews bowling tournament. The banana foam nitro cold brew was amazing and so was the gluten free banana bread. The service was extremely friendly and kind. It was also very quick despite the long line. I was told by Roger that I was about to have the best coffee in Austin. Totally understand why it's #1 in Austin. The ginger breadlatte blew my socks off! I also had a cream cheese kolache...yummy! Their food truck supports suicide prevention and animal rescue, such honorable causes. The food truck is crazy popular...great flow of customers and it is not even early in the morning (around 11 am). This food truck is directly in front of Westgate Lanes. There was covered seating blasting finger snapping tunes. It's such a vibe. read more

I've had Radix House bookmarked for quite some time, but had never tried it until a few months ago. The coffee truck is located in the parking lot of Westgate Lanes. They had music playing which created a fun vibe. The menu is extensive. I had browsed the menu online but was still undecided on what to order. When I walked up to the window, I didn't have to wait long. The employee greeted me warmly and offered suggestions on drinks. I ordered a small Iced Toffee Turtle with Oat Milk. It was topped with whipped cream and toffee pieces which I really liked. Had it not been late in the day, I would have ordered a larger size because it was really good! I took my coffee to go but they have both covered and uncovered seating near the coffee truck if you want to sit and enjoy your beverage. The business supports mental health and animal welfare programs and organizations by donating a portion of their proceeds. It's nice to be able to support small local business who contribute to worthy causes. Radix House is definitely going into my coffee rotation whenever I'm in town. I'm looking forward to trying another drink on my next visit. read more

***NEW SUMMER DRINKS ALERT*** On this hot day I stopped by Raddix for a pick me up! I love their matcha! This time I got an iced matcha with lavender, although I couldn't taste much of the lavender it was still delicious and creamy! The barista was very friendly and kind. The new summer drinks they have look intriguing, especially the caramel Crunch! I will be back to try those next time :) They always have lots of infused treats (donuts, cookies, etc!) and CBD add ons for their drinks! There's outdoor seating that's covered but it's super hot out in the summer. Raddix is located right in the parking lot of west gate lanes! read more

Really cool spot and fantastic service. I really really enjoyed our breakfast burritos. they are definitely doing what they can to push five stars on you. I came here for a simple pickup order. Got here early, stood outside, on a gorgeous day, just waiting. No rush, no problem. I wasn't upset. I wasn't impatient. I figured eventually someone would come out. When the employee finally opened the window, she didn't greet me, didn't smile, didn't acknowledge the wait. Instead, she barked, "Did you ring the bell?" When I said no, she scolded me to "ring it next time" and then slammed the window shut. That sums up the vibe here: not service, but scolding. Not hospitality, but hostility. If you need a bell to remind you customers exist, you've already failed the basics of running a shop. Austin has plenty of coffee spots where staff treat you like a person, not a problem. Raddick's leans on trendy CBD buzzwords and hipster branding, but the attitude is bitter enough on its own. I won't be back. read more

Right across from Skinny's Barbershop, which is my new spot, is this incredible coffee truck with a wonderful mission and staff. I have a friend who is a regular here and she told me she goes to support their mission: partnering with programs supporting PTSD treatment and research in Texas. I had a wonderful conversation with a man at the truck who told me about the importance of the business to him personally and he even invited me to an event for suicidal awareness in November. The barista who made my coffee went out of her way to make it special. The honey/hemp chai tea latte was incredible! I can't wait for my next cut so I can get my next cup of coffee at such a brilliant business. read more

Friendliest coffee shop I've been to in Austin and an amazing mission! As a social worker, businesses that do good are always a priority in my book. The wonderful staff at Radix immediately welcomed and educated me on their amazing support of PTSD and mental health treatment. They also have so many customizations and accommodations on their drinks for non-dairy folks and folks who like a bit less sweetness. Overall wonderful experience and I'll be back for sure! read more

This is such a great neighborhood coffee spot! I've lived in South Austin for almost 3 years now and this place is a favorite each time. They have a great selection of iced/hot coffee, pup cups and you can add THC or CBD in your coffee! The staff is ALWAYS friendly- another bonus is they support AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention), having some of their proceeds go thier foundation which is a personal cause for me Stay cool Radix! read more

Ari was so friendly so helpful and so sweet. This was my first time in Austin but our interaction really helped make my trip memorable and i put THC in my coffee so that's exciting. Wrote this before trying the coffee, the experience was still really good but i don't know if it's the coffee beans, the machine, or whatever but the coffee tasted sour. I could've just gotten a bad shot but i'm always excited to try new coffee spots, so 3 stars bc the experience was really good and the h*gh was pretty relaxed as well, but -2 bc the coffee tasted like butt cheeks /: read more

I had a great experience at Radix House! I attended the Fi dog event on a weekend, and I was greeted and given time to look over the menu. The staff was very kind and attentive, I was kindly helped by Damian at the counter and he explained to me how the company supports all these great causes! I am looking forward to going back already! We ordered the mocha latte and they were simply delicious! I always come across strong coffee and always looking for the perfect balance! And it was perfect! Let me start by saying: We liked this spot so much that we got our drinks, left, AND THEN CAME BACK FOR MORE! We saw Radix Coffee from across the parking lot while leaving Westgate Lanes, and boy are we happy we decided to stop by. The drinks are fantastic. So many options, great prices. The service and people are even better. Roger took his time explaining the products as well as the company's mission. They are genuine people doing good work. We also got some of the strawberry honey. Mm. Delicious. Getcha some. We will definitely be taking the trip from our home in North Austin as often as possible, until they can expand to our neck of the woods. Thank you Roger and the Radix House gang! read more

The poblano cheddar biscuits was the right amount of dry with flavor dust and moist on the inside. If you're a coffee fiend like me, make sure to visit Radix while you're in Austin! We came to float the river the day before, so you know we woke up feeling deceased. One search for coffee near us & Radix was a no brainer choice with all the great reviews. And boy did they deliver! Our whole group got different drink choices and some breakfast tacos from another local business that they sell. 10/10 on the drinks, we had fun trying what everyone got, & the breakfast tacos were delicious. My family and I were in town for a bowling tournament at Westgate Lanes (right across from the shop) and wow! What an experience! Two of my favorite things... Bowling and coffee. We loved having the opportunity to go outside and grab a coffee. On the first day I got the Blue Dream, which was absolutely wonderful. The next day I asked if I could have something with butter pecan and blueberry, and YES! Both Damien and Ari helped my family and I and they were so positive, sweet, and lovely. Radix House knows CBD. CBD, when combined with coffee, allows for clarity without the jitters. Energy without the anxiety that can often come with strong coffee. It also allows a more affordable way to get your daily CBD while having your daily cup of coffee. Radix House is much more affordable for CBD related products than most places. Coffee is premium but not most expensive in town either. The goal is to normalize conversations regarding PTSD and mental health along with how CBD and CBD related products can assist in these treatments. read more

we were staying at airbnb not to far from this coffee shop, and it was the first one that popped up on Google. I think we spoke to the owner and he gave us the backstory of the business! I always enjoy this kind of customer service; it makes the experience more personal... now, the coffee and breakfast tacos were AMAZING! definitely recommend the campfire latte, the toffee crunch iced coffee and bacon/egg/cheese breakfast tacos. read more

I am forever grateful to Raddix Coffee. Their products are household items. The dog biscuits and tincture helps my pup with an autoimmune disorder, Coonhound Paralysis. I really believe she has full function in her muscles because of the cbd! Plus she's always so excited to have the Cbd cookies! And it's a bonus to have a beautiful coffee from there for myself! I come here quite a bit! More than Starbucks that's for sure!! Super friendly staff! Great coffee hands down! My favorites are the butter pecan, matcha with banana cold foam, toffee turtle crunch!! I also love the breakfast tacos, they are pretty good!! Made from a local restaurant actually across the street! Super great spot to put your money into something great! Amazing Customer Service!! Very Welcoming and informative with the menu and snacks they also have and they have tacos until 12 or until supplies last and whom they support and their core values is needed and heart touching! We Love visiting the bowling alley because of Radix. Always a positive experience and give a warm welcome and had me and my girlfried coming back the next visit we took. I we just discovered this today. They have a variety of great coffees. The I got the red brew and the honey latte. Both are awesome. I suggest you guys definitely get over here and try their coffee right over here in the parking lot of Westgate lanes. By all means I want you guys to come over here and definitely try the coffee. Visited this place of business because the name was similar to a friend's name who is an artist-singer on our way home. Tasty baked goods that HIT! I ordered the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and they were delicious!! You can also taste the 1:1 ratio they have and in the best way possible! I was looking for coffee shops near me to do work and saw that Radix had high ratings. To my surprise when I pulled up, it was a coffee truck. But the sign said "Sorry we're open!" I found that incredibly funny, dig the friendly vibes of the servers, and think the coffee is good to boot. The core values and mission of the coffee truck are great. read more
