What I received was a quick response (via text) and I actually thought I was talking to a receptionist. They always take the time to explain things and even took the time to teach me how to administer meds to our cats, which isn't always an easy task ;) Their fees are very reasonable and they also accept the Friends of Animals certificates, which has been a huge help since we have been doing pour best to TNR a colony in our neighborhood. PLEASE READ. i never leave reviews, but i feel like i have to in hopes that it helps someone else…read more we brought our senior dog here at least 5 different times because he kept having the same issue. every visit we were reassured that the medications just needed more time to work, so trusted their advice and kept following the plan. looking back, i really wish we had gotten a second opinion sooner. instead, they neutered our 13 yr old dog while we were under the impression they were also going to address the cysts that were causing the problem, but they didn't. after surgery, he was still bleeding everywhere and we were told to just keep waiting. so...all unnecessary surgery, illness post surgery, anti inflammatory, bacterial infection, and antibiotics. months of pain before treating the actual problem. he's always been healthy and their lack of professionalism, care and knowledge almost killed him. finally took him to another vet, the first visit, he immediately told us the neuter and several of the medications did nothing. he performed an emergency CORRECT surgery and our dog finally started getting better in days. i'm so sad that he suffered longer than he ever needed to. we truly believed we were doing everything we could for him.
