Anyone who has experienced a problem with a clothes dryer because of years of accumulated lint will probably understand why I have my dryer vent cleaned every two years. When I was younger, climbing onto the roof to run a rotating brush through the vent pipe connecting the dryer to the outside wouldn't have been a problem. When he showed up, he pulled the dryer out, attached his shop vac to the exit pipe and then ran a cleaning brush thru the line from the outside of the house. I called safehouse, Justin answered. I asked how much he said 225. I said ok. I asked him when could he come to clean my vents. He stated he had to look at his schedule and would call me back. A few minutes later. Zachary called me and told me he was calling because Justin told him I needed a vent cleaning. I found it kinda strange that Justin didn't call me to tell me, but I said ok as I know sometimes they dispatch their employees. Zachary arrived about 20-30 minutes later. Took him less than 5 mins, I got videos, to clean outside vent. Then came in to tell me he was done. I was pretty surprised as I had just came back inside. I went to go look and only about a third of a walmart bag. I let him know that in the time I've been here, bought the house 2006, never had my vent cleaned, as I didn't know that was something that got done. I asked him aren't you going to clean the inside vent that's connected to the dryer he said it wasn't needed that it was fine. Then I asked him if was going to clean the lint screen he said he could do that and went to his car to get a blue plastic kinda tube about a foot or foot and a half and inserted in there a couple of times. He then said it was fine now and should work fine now. We'll it's not fine now, it still doesn't heat hot, only like medium. I have to keep turning on dryer several times to get my clothes dried completely. I called Justin based reviews and was willing to pay the $225 as I knew it probably needed a good cleaning. I kept calling both Justin and Zack and finally Zack called me and said Justin was out of town. When I finally talked to Justin he said he could send Zack back or give me a discount on a year or two when I needed a cleaning again. I was hesitant as I mentioned to him I did not have confidence in Zack anymore. I let him know I would rather get a partial refund since now I have to get someone to come do it right. Justin then said he no longer owned the business and he now runs an elevator company. I tried calling Zack several times and call went to voicemail. When he finally answered he kept giving ING me run around. Then after several more calls. He called me back and said he would come clean it again but would have to charge me. I told him I wanted a refund after looking at the videos that he spent 3 mins at most cleaning, and he could keep $25 for the 5 minutes he cleaned the outside vent and lint screen combined.
