And the good news is that George is totally focused on management and customer relations and supervision of his technicians, and he doesn't do any of the actual repair work himself, so he doesn't have that grumpy, overworked, and irritated attitude that you will find in so many service stations. He is super friendly and super positive and goes out of his way to help. I was struggling so hard trying to get my car smogged, and George actually took time out of his busy schedule to encourage me and advise me on that, and he even volunteered to scan my car's system periodically to assess my progress in getting my vehicle's monitors to clear. Wow. So unbelievably nice! I actually think that it was his positive attitude and his encouragement that kept me going and kept me from feeling totally defeated. My daughter's Nissan Leaf developed an AC leak due to a ruptured pressure line and questionable engineering choices regarding how you can replace that line. A single bad component turned into several needing replacement that the dealership quoted nearly half what the car is worth just in parts. My daughter and I did the work and when it came time to recharge everything, Carlos was there. With that being said, got out to check the car and noticed the bumper was not Connected to the side panel and figured they might of just forgot to connect them so I pop the hood to find out they broke the clips to bumper and is also missing a plastic cover. I called them and told Scott right away and was just told it will be find, since all they did was put glue after getting car back to shop for the 4th time since car popped on me one day after "fixing it" all I can say is horrible service because Merceds Benz would never break a part to your car and act like it never happened or act unaware, or just not inspect the car correct. To anyone with an expensive car, better off taking it to dealership and paying that extra $ and dealerships now offer fix now pay later. Never again coming here.
