I had a low tire pressure warning light on my dash. I looked this place up and gave them a shot. I'm so glad I did. The guys working here are all super eager to solve your issue. The guy removed my wheel, checked it for leaks and threw it back on my truck. Corrected all my tires pressures. Then he went above and beyond by resetting my tpms sensors to properly indicate their location since I did a tire rotation and hadn't had that done. The price was more than fair. They didn't have my tire in stock, but within 30 minutes they had the tire for me from somewhere else. I am here because my tire indicators are saying I have a low tire. My husband put air this morning but the tire indicator has popped up now. So we are traveling and need to be safe. apparently there is something in one of the tires. The guys here are super fast at getting to you, pull up and they are coming to assist you. We are already jacked up and tires are being checked within 1 minute of us pulling in. One tire checked and he pulled a screw out but he says it did not puncture the tire, he's taking the other tire off now checking it, he has already told me the correct air gages for all tires, they don't play here when it comes to important factors and safe driving. He found nothing and didn't charge us anything but we had to give him a few bucks for their time we are already back on the road and the tire indicator went off so it must've been that screw that was in the tire that caused the indicator to go off. I like people who are honest and professional with their customers and have a established small business. When you have a service based business, which offers a wide variety of services for your car you expect that person to be honest with you when they are fixing your car. This tire service is like that. Let me give you a background story. I have a Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid and few weeks back we were returning from having dinner and my tire pressure light came on. The next week we went to Tustin Toyota from where I got my car for a regular service. At that time, I mentioned to them about my tire and when they checked it, they found a nail in the very back of my tire. They said its not fixable and I might have to get a new tire. The cost was $200 for one tire and I have this car as a lease. I went to Costco, Goodyear and Firestone and all of them said its not fixable. The nail was pretty deep inside, so the Toyota guy told me that just keep on filling air if the pressure light comes on again. The day I went to Ram's Tire Shop is the day my light came back on. I went there and come to find out they can fix this. They did their service in less then 30 minutes and it was only $10 out the door for patching the spot. Their customer service was excellent and the are bilingual. They are now my goto mechanics for tire anything! If you are in the area and if you have any tire troubles go visit them. Horrible...if you ask them to check your alignment they are just going to "do it" anyways and charge you. Printer is going to be broken when you ask for a printout. The owner will give you attitude for a problem she created. Don't know what happened to this place it used to be my families go to place for all of our stuff. read more

I damn near died!! Due to being sold a tire that I was told was practically new! The morning after I bought it. my car was reAding low pressure on that tire. Didn't think much of it, so put air the next day n day after. Then come Friday morning at 4am I damn near died with my children in the car. As I entered the freeway I noticed my car started shaking really bad my tire pressure went on so I pulled off freeway to see that my tire basically exploded... when I told the manager about my experience not only did she accuse me of lying she wouldn't replace with a new tire. Nor did they ever refund me.. all around bad business I don't recommend this place.. they will sell u a tire that will kill u n ur family!!! This is a photo of the guy the works here leaving my car for 15 minutes on a jack to go help some guy that pulled up. My car was on a jack so I was stuck till he finished. He did a receipt for for that dude's tires and helped him load his tires. WTF!!!! He just never bothered to excuse himself or tell me he would be back. He just disappeared. So the tire I got is temporary, it was $35 which is reasonable for a used tire. After he put it on my car it's all cracked so you know it's been sitting for awhile. At least discount the tire. ...... They have poor service, terrible used tires, and no courtesy for the customers. I will definitely never go back to this tire shop. read more
