Later that night, while driving, there was an issue with my tire where it would significantly vibrate at high speeds. I took it in the next morning and Greg immediately took it in to see what the problem was. It appeared that I may have left the parking brake partially set, and they cleaned up and resurfaced the rotor at no cost. He made sure to take it for a test drive to ensure the problem was fixed. Other shops may have refused to take responsibility and/or charged additional fees. Greg's garage take pride in their work and ensure you leave satisfied. Maybe you can find someplace cheaper, but I'd rather trust my vehicle with a shop that has integrity and cares for the end result of their work.

Once we got home, we knew we had to do an oil change immediately. I found Heritage Auto Repair on Groupon originally. But I'm realizing their prices are phenomenal even without it. They were able to accommodate us same day--within the hour actually. And don't think they weren't busy! The garage was full. The manager, Jake, was very knowledgeable and extremely hands on. It was refreshing to see someone who actually knows their stuff and isn't just relaying information from the mechanics. They only offer synthetic oil changes. They do NOT offer conventional oil changes or hybrid oil. They also do NOT just order parts from local auto shops. They use only original parts. From the moment they lifted the car till it touched the ground, it only took less than 15 minutes. We need to get our rear brakes changed soon before an upcoming road trip. They were kind enough to check it for us. We'll definitely be booking them for that service next month. They are located in the middle of the shopping center. It's an L shape, and they're right at the 90° angle. There is plenty of parking in the lot. They also accept Apple Pay. As a woman, I personally feel it's too easy to be taken advantage of when it comes to auto repairs. Not here. They are honest. I think we found our new auto shop!
