Yep......... what everyone says is true. Don't waste your money here. Very dissatisfied. $65/per person, for 25 minutes with a car, no group discount. We went with a group of 10 people so it was $650. They said the max was 12 people but we were packed in like sardines in there & it felt incredibly unsafe. Most disappointing... the car was beyond smashed when we got in there, the picture I've included was BEFORE we even touched it. So it was more like hitting the car than smashing it since there was nothing left to smash of it. You'll be done within 10 minutes tops, it's unbearably loud & hot.

I took the time to read the other reviews with just one star and I feel a little disappointed because we dealt with the owner just as the others here and she was the sweetest person!! Her and her son. Everyone has a different experience but that woman was sweet as pie!! We didn't meet her wife and maybe that's the owner these other people are referring to but if my review was based on customer service alone, they would have gotten 5 stars from me!! It was a great time! We did the splatter paint and it was just the two of us for that time and it was a really cute activity. The owner let us hook our phone up to the Bluetooth speaker and we were jamming as we painted our masterpieces lol. It's a little pricey for some of their activities but this paint room was pretty reasonable. And it is street parking so you all have to arrive in enough time to park and get there. We got there early and they took us on back and got us started. It really was a great time!

This place was a great stress reliever! I arrived with a group of friends and a gift card. I made our appointment online because we wanted to smash & splatter package. Sue was helpful getting us set up! We arrived a little early as indicated online. They helped me make sense of the gift card and pay the remaining balance. If you book/pay in person, just confirm what you purchase. I did notice we didn't get the package as I asked for -- however we were happy with what we got. We did a smash room and a splatter room with paint. Both were fun! I def feel like a kid on the paint room. For both we received an orientation of what we could and could not do. It was super easy, we even were able to play our own music in both. Staff was super helpful and accommodating to our group. A lot of folks who were coming in were frustrated about the service -- but a lot of it was due to not reading the procedures online before visiting. Can't wait to visit again!

Our second visit wasn't as great as our first. I'd like this place to succeed because it's…read moredifferent and fun but I think the price point is prob too high given the inconsistency of the experience. The first time we came it was on time and we loved the Dragon Tower escape room: it was the perfect mix of puzzle and action. This time we showed up 10 minutes early and they said they were running 5-10 minutes behind because of "cleaning issues". Well it turned into 20 minutes late so thankfully we already canceled our dinner reservations. I think it would've been fine if it wasn't $250 for a family of five for 38 minutes and the ninja trials escape room was not as exciting or interesting as dragon tower. Also one of the equipment pieces we were given was faulty so that made it less fun for one of us.

Pelagos VR is a fantastic addition to the area for unique entertainment, and there are so many…read moreoptions within it! Just as a quick rundown, there are three main types of VR here: the front area where you are strapped into a VR system and can run in place, a virtual escape room, and a VR action arena (large room with VR cameras on the walls and you can physically run around). I haven't tried the escape room and I liked the strap-in ones, though it's the VR arena that really elevates this place. So far I have done Patient Zero and several rounds of the Urban Assault in the arena, and it's an amazing experience. Between the excellent physical tracking, the true-recoil VR guns, and the actual movement in the real world mapping to the VR world, it is insanely immersive and easy to adapt to. It is quite exciting too: I was fortunate enough to participate in their latest tournament and it was chaotic fun from start to finish. The tournaments are a special treat because for now the entry fee is only $20 while the regular experiences run a fair bit more, so it's an insanely good deal for the amount of fun you're having. On top of the excellent experiences, I would be remiss if I didn't highlight their incredible staff. This is mostly a family-run place and it shows with how kind and personable everyone here is, with positive attitudes, a true love for what they do, and excellent mastery of VR tech and training new players. I have met the owner twice and he goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated for their visits. The most underrated part here is actually nothing to do with VR but actually their bar offerings: the happy hour here is every day of the week (including weekends) and you can get $4 beers (including a few local drafts) and very reasonably priced appetizers. If I were in the area and just wanted a quick beer with a friend before doing something else, I would absolutely come here for it at those fantastic prices. Since Pelagos VR is attached to the mall, there is plenty of lot parking very close by, so no issues there. Really the only drawback of this place is the price, particularly if you come by yourself or one other person as their price structure rewards larger groups. I would absolutely come here with a friend group because of that though a date night here would add up fast. I look forward to coming here again with friends, especially for the tournaments. This is one heck of an outing to look forward to! Overall: 5.0 stars ---- Pros: - Amazing and unique VR experiences, truly memorable in every way. - Multiple options, including stationary running, open arena, or escape room. - Fantastic staff who are kind, knowledgeable, and clearly happy to be there. - Excellent happy hour food deals, worth trying even without the VR. - Easy parking and access since attached to the mall. - Pricing for large groups and the tournaments are great... Cons: - ...though the cost for a small group (especially for only one or two people) is a bit prohibitive unless you have deep pockets. Their pricing is entirely reasonable given what you get for it, though this is really the only thing that keeps me from going every week. Maybe one day they'll have a membership or a punchcard pass option!

When we arrived, we were greeted and asked to complete our waiver forms. You get to choose what you'd like to make from a handful of options: a heart-shaped paperweight, an oil bottle, a tall drinking glass, and a few others. I can't wait to use my oil bottle! Before you dive in, the instructor walks you through everything: how to dip your poker into the molten glass, how to layer in colors (you pick your own palette, and how to help mold and shape your piece before it gets capped off. The studio is on the smaller side and is perfect for a date night, a girls' trip activity, or a unique outing with a small group of friends. We parked on the street since the back lot was full so just plan for that if you're heading over. Shoutout to the women behind this business... you can tell they genuinely love what they do and want every guest to leave with something they're proud of. I can't wait to pick up my bottle in a few days.

We were able to help create our own pieces and choose the colors we wanted. I made a cup and my mom made an oil bottle. Overall, it was a great experience, but it's also easy to make mistakes, so it's important not to rush. The imperfections are small, but there are air bubbles in both of our pieces. While we were making the oil bottle, the instructor accidentally tapped it against the door of the furnace area, which left small white marks on the bottle. It's not a huge issue, but it could have been avoided.
