Ross also put a scratch guard plate on the underside of my front bumper. Ross was great and is a great guy. After two years and countless scratches on and under my bumper, another high end car shop doing other work on my car confirmed that the Xpel "wrap" and the plate both saved my bumper and paint job. I brought my Tesla back to Ross and he replaced the wrap and confirmed that the car was protected by his original wrap.It looks fantastic it looks brand new. When i originally talked to the crew they told me they'd use a 4-5 year ceramic coating, and that they'd use the proper amount of steps on the paint correction to get rid of scratches. They told me they'd had worse than my car, which only had spider scratches. I had the hood painted, and dents pulled by Perillo's auto body shop, and the car sat in my garage alone before it went in. I would have paid more i i felt like these guys were terrible, but the limited reviews were good. There were no dents at all on my car and Perillo has pictures of the completed job. I asked the gentleman who i dropped it off with to have the guy working on my car to call me before they started work. They never called. I picked it up on a cloudy day, and was really excited as I've wanted this done for a while. It looked shiny, but i couldn't see the paint well for scratches. They also told me upon pick up they used a 2-3 year coating. I saw the dents a day later, and I have a camera in the car that records non stop through the cloud. No one came close to my car. I saw three dents in a cluster on the drivers side door. No car door can do this where they were positioned. I can see the moment where they are hovering over the damaged part of the vehicle on my camera. Went to location to talk to owner about it and he denied it, said he does quality control. Obviously not as it has dents that weren't there, and scratches weren't removed through paint correction. The only good thing they did was wrap the hood. I asked him to get his guy to PDR the car, they said they don't have a guy in house. Owner said he'd pull the video to confirm that his guys weren't responsible, a week later no contact. They do high end cars, it's a shame they don't treat everyone's car the same as they do their contract with Chicago Motor Cars. Next time I'll pay more, and go with a crew with more reviews. My loss your gain with a review.

I've been going here for a bit over a year now, I've gotten two wraps done, one last year (the…read moresides of my car) and one this year (my hood and a windshield banner) I emailed them the files of the designs I had. Both times they've had to resize the designs and even I've had trouble giving them the right type of file, but somehow someway they always figure out a way to do the job and they do a phenomenal job! My wrap that I've had on the sides for a year has held up really well, just a small part of the wrap had peeled on the side but it's not visible. Keep in mind I've driven the car through snow, got stuck in a ditch, heavy storms and all, I will continue to go to them for my future wraps!

Good grief. After…read morereviewing images on the X-Treme Graphics Instagram page, I thought this would be a good place to get a wrap for my son's DOC band helmet. I was wrong. I thought upon arrival, I would have a chance to sit with a designer and talk about what I wanted. Nope. You can send them an email, and then a receptionist will let you lean over her desk and she'll show you a handful of background images. Maybe you'll get to look at someone's fingerprint-smudged phone to squint at an old Instagram photo. While I provided several photos and instructions on how I wanted my son's helmet to look, it ended up looking like it was slapped together in a hurry. Although I wanted my son's helmet to resemble Captain America's, X-Treme Graphics printed out a *turquoise* background for some reason. (Since when does Captain America wear a turquoise helmet?) And instead of including the "A" and the shield within the wrap, they just added stickers after the fact. STICKERS! And the shield isn't even a circle. It's warped. The blue outline around the "A" doesn't match the turquoise of the background. The "A" doesn't even look like Cap's "A." Between driving here, pulling up images so I could email them to the woman sitting across the desk, waiting two hours for the application, and driving home, I wasted five hours and $80 dollars on something that looks like it was half-assed at a craft show. Fellow parents, save your money and find a graphics company that actually cares about the end product and who will take the time to work with you so you get the best outcome. This is some sort of rush-job factory. Had I seen a mock-up of the finished design, I could have voiced objections. Instead, I got what I got and raced home because I have a kid to care for - a kid who now has a helmet that looks worse than before. (Throws up hands, furrows brow, pounds out Yelp review.)
