Kaylinn and her dad (whose name I unfortunately did not get) did an excellent job with both tasks. They were friendly, courteous and professional in their demeanor. As the tie down hooks in the bed are bolted verses welded in place, I asked Kaylinn's dad if he could remove them prior to spraying the bedliner. He not only readily agreed but offered to powder coat them, any color, gratis. (I didn't take him up on it, but I was very appreciative of the offer.)
