I hate writing a poor review.....I really care for Jane as a person , but i would not recommend you…read moregoing to her for taxes. We went to her because she said she understood how to do the reports for our self directed 401K..... filing of the 5500ez. I left the legal document 401 binder with her for months for her to use as a reference. She filed it 1 out of the 3 years we were with her. Ultimately it's my fault.... but I hired her because we were too swamped to do it ourselves. I am a real estate investor who has always used the "real estate prof" tax deduction when filing taxes.. She said "it wasn't a thing". I questioned her about it every year. Well it IS a deduction that I could have taken. So far we have paid 14,750.00 plus 750.00 in penalty fees for our late 5500 ez forms... and we have easily lost a minimum of another 30K by not taking the deductions as a Real estate Professional. We are hoping to re coup some of our losses by redoing our past 3 years taxes. Sorry Jane..... but I felt I really needed to keep costly mistakes like this happening to others.

There follow through doesn't match the sales pitch. My experience with them -Taxes were filed late -Failed to file extension -Taxes were not reviewed by a CPA and filed with errors We're now in a position where we have a fine with the IRS and have to pay another company to file the taxes accurately. The owner (John Pollock) will not stand by his product or refund monies when mistakes are made.
