Lisa was amazing, she told my wife about their deals and found the purse she wanted at another store in Rancho Cucamonga. She called the place and confirmed they had it. So she handed my wife the phone so she can give her information to get it ship to us so I wouldn't have to drive there. Nestled in between the queue, was this little tiny boutique with the most beautiful clothing in the window. So of course I had to stop. Let me tell you it was unbelievable. First of all everything in the store is something I would buy. Which is rare for me because I'm very picky. The merchandise here look like Neiman Marcus or Saks, Fifth Avenue. The merchandise was very high-quality. Very fashionable and very high-quality. What I loved about the merchandise is that it was mostly separate. And because I'm a petite person that is important. But the prices were unbelievable. I couldn't believe that most of the merchandise was $100 or less. Some of the dresses were $150. But most of the merchandise was so reason to be priced that I spent almost $800 without batting an eyelash and got six outfits. Lizzie was delightful. She had several customers, but she made me feel like she was concentrating only on me. She reviewed each out Vet and gave me your honest opinion on whether or not she liked it on me. She wasn't just trying to sell me something. She owns the store. I finally figured out that the Zie was the last part of her name. Duh. Sometimes it takes me a minute. I ordered two pairs of jeans, and both were sent in the wrong color and the wrong fit. This was clearly not my mistake, yet I was the one who had to deal with the consequences. I returned the jeans to the United States and had to pay approximately $60 CAD in return shipping and customs-related costs for items that were incorrectly sent to me in the first place. The jeans themselves cost approximately $92 CAD, so I have already lost a significant amount of money dealing with an error that was not mine. I have contacted Fashion Nova customer service more than 30 times trying to get this resolved. Despite explaining the exact same situation over and over again, I keep receiving repetitive, seemingly automated responses that do absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. They eventually told me they would only refund the cost of the jeans through a Fashion Nova gift card, instead of refunding my original credit card payment. Why would I want a gift card after having such a terrible experience and being forced to spend even more money because of their mistake? I have made it very clear that I do not want a gift card and will not purchase from Fashion Nova again. I want my money refunded to my original payment method. The customer service experience has been incredibly frustrating. After 30+ emails, I still feel like nobody is actually listening or taking responsibility. Every response feels like the same copy-and-paste answer from an automated system. A company sending customers the wrong products and then making the customer pay to return those incorrect products is unacceptable. Refusing to provide a proper refund to the original payment method makes the situation even worse. $92 CAD for the jeans + approximately $60 CAD in additional return/customs costs = around $152 CAD tied up because of an order Fashion Nova got wrong. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding Fashion Nova. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect an easy or reasonable resolution -- especially if you're ordering from Canada. FASHION NOVA: NEVER AGAIN.
