First time couple weeks ago…read more Stopped after golf with 2 friends on a Saturday about 5 pm. Busy with 45 min wait but were told we could wait in the separate bar with first come basis seating. That's what we did and got seated and drinks ordered and dinner menus promptly, Bar /wait staff was very good for a busy time. Live music and crowd in the bar in a living room type atmosphere too loud for an intimate dinner more a sing along fun time place, separate from the main more quiet dining area. Got fried mushrooms appetizer and filet mignon as entree. The filet was high quality very tender perfectly prepared and had a wood grilled flavor. Also got a fresh garden salad and giant baked potato ...excellent well worth the $48 price. Others had a huge burger and cheese steak with fries. Both also very good. Too stuffed for desert but it looked yummy. Was impressed with bar drinks, beer and wine selections. Best steak I've had in this area from Lexington Ky to Knoxville TN. On par with nineteen 19 in Cumberland gap as nicest restaurant in the local area. I'll be back.

From ensuring they source fresh, seasonal ingredients to creating a welcoming atmosphere, it's obvious that everything is done with passion and attention to detail. The night we came in for dinner, we had the joy of having Mariah as our server. We had the fried chicken skins, the à la carte ribeye and sirloin, mashed potatoes, broccolini, and summer squash, and then the cobbler for dessert. The drinks were strong pours, everything was seasoned perfectly, and the service was impeccable. Another night, we came in for drinks and dessert and had the goat cheese cheesecake and Pots de Crème. If you're looking for a restaurant that's the perfect combination of great food and great vibes, this is absolutely it.

First off, the restaurant is truly stunning! Service was excellent too. We started with the Fried Chicken Skins. My friend had heard good things for a friend, but we weren't particularly impressed. I had the Hanger Steak as my entree, and it was delicious. I especially loved the potato dumplings! My friend had the Kansas City Strip, cooked medium rare, with broccolini. Initially, the steak was overcooked, but the staff quickly cooked another steak and made it right. Overall a really good experience! Downtown Sevierville has really evolved, and we enjoyed walking around and exploring after dinner.

The waitress was very nice and had our drinks and appetizers to us really quick, but after that everything went down hill. The kitchen needs help who are seasoned at working in a kitchen. The children in the kitchen were fighting and arguing about the orders and not working on getting the orders out. I recommend hiring a kitchen manager who understand how to cook and manage kitchen staff and use the kids in a different role. We were given two things of free appetizers because I am sure other guest walked out. We waited well over an hour just to get our food. My Norris burger came cold, dry, and way over cooked. Other people in our party had to wait to get their food and the last person didn't get their food until the rest had already eaten. I am really disappointed in Jimmy's I use to always say come to this location because of the food, but after today I don't know if we will make another trip here. We will turn the boat in the opposite direction and go to another place.

The inside of the restaurant feels similar to the decor of an Island's restaurant, only the surf and Island theme has been replaced by NASCAR and beef. Our waitress, Sam did a great job of answering our questions and pointing us in the right direction. On the menu. We got the fried onion appetizer (that I'm familiar with from Outback Steakhouse) and it hit the spot. I got the Smokehouse Burger medium rare and it actually came out medium rare! My daughter got got the large sirloin steak ordered charred rare (Pittsburgh/black and blue) and they nailed it! They did put some kind of a sauce on top of the steak, however, that made it really salty. Really salty. My daughter wound up scraping all the sauce off the steak, but she enjoyed it after that. I was not expecting quality of that sirloin steak to be as good as it was at this sort of chain establishment. My wife had a steak salad with blue cheese dressing and I've never enjoyed a steak salad as much as I did that one! You're really impressed with the food all around. Our table had a little screen with games and trivia on it and as soon as my wife pushed a button on the screen, my daughter's jumped to warn her that it would charge her money so she put it down. Sure enough, when our check arrived, there was $1.99 charge on our bill. I explained it to the manager, Maddie, and she promptly took it off of our bill. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back to Texas. Roadhouse

Went here for the first time with my wife and one of my in-laws who was visiting from out of town. Got seated relatively quickly, was pretty loud, but we could still talk without yelling. I ordered a medium rare bone-in ribeye, my wife got chicken-fried steak, and my in-law got filet mignon. One of my sides, (chili cup) showed up 10 minutes or so before any of our entrees or other sides. Little weird, but okay. Then the entrees actually show. Filet mignon was overcooked; they forgot the gravy on the chicken fried steak (and way oversalted it according to my wife), and my steak was still alive. The fat cap was gummy and not really rendered; the meat towards the exterior was a little on the rare side, but I was initially willing to put up with it until about a quarter of the way in, when I started discovering straight-up raw/uncooked meat. My guess is, the steak was just seared from flash-frozen and nobody actually bothered to temp it or check for doneness. At this point, I asked for the manager (which I've literally never done before in my life) and requested a refund rather than a recook, as my wife and in-law were nearly done eating and I didn't feel like holding them up/also don't want to pay for only 3/4ths of a product that was cooked the way I asked or even cooked at all. Manager actually wrinkled his nose at the steak, and agreed to take it off the bill, really appreciated that. Additionally, the waiter was a really nice guy. Sadly, I do think you probably shouldn't screw up steaks at a steakhouse, and all three of them had something wrong with them. I also didn't feel too great after eating just a bite or two and two or three fries (I said I would stop eating in exchange for the refund), so with all that in mind, I will have to give this place a one-star rating.
